I was released from county jail after 6 months. I went in weighing 175 and came out weighing 214. Did alot of push-ups, curls, squats, and Pull Ups, calf raises. We had no weights just a 15 gallon bucket to wash our clothes in so we would fill it with water and curl it and mitlitary press it and what ever other exercies we could think of. I did around 500 pushes aday every day except Sunday, did 500 sit-ups aday, and alternated between dips, curls, squats, and shoulders. I ate like a horse beacuse i was a trusty and got extra food. Would eat a jar of peanutbutter every 3-4 days. Comissary would come by Mon-Fri. I have been out for about 6 weeks now and have dropped some body fat but h ave gained some muscle. I now weight about 221. Bf way down because I can see my abs. BTW i am also 6'3.
