His chest,biceps and abs and waist have improved hugely.And the delts.Basically overall morphed.

Kai always looks great pre contest but in The last years he missed his sweet spot a Little and wasnt at his peak in stage. If he gets it right This year he will be a real danger. But so will big ramy be. Bc he got way bigger than last year and if he gets some better condition in than last year i think top three will be a fight between these three

No I believe he is still with Farah. But over the last years I think some of farahs pro klients misses their peak see dlb at the last two olymipas.

Ramy is massive, but something looks off.
Wolf had the same issue a few years back, something looked off. Like his torso was too long or something, I couldn't pinpoint what it was.
Just my opinion though.
