There is such a thing as AGGRAVATED ASSAULT which you can be charged with. What this means is that if a person felt threatened by anything you do or say you can be in trouble.

I would record her rants every day. Take the recordings and edit a highlight reel of her worst insulting moments on the phone being a bad person (ie. herself). Play the recordings to the cops if and when they come, and to the landlord when you have a good highlight reel.

Interesting aside ... I work with LE often and see plenty nowadays who are obviously jacked. When I was 220+ and 12% BF I'd often get 'the nod' from a couple of them. And my primary connect in the early 90s was highway patrol. He later got busted I heard.
Personally, I want my local cops jacked to the nines. Makes me feel safer. Lol

You're absolutely right, my answer was based on my own personal opinion/experience, but that doesn't make it any less valid. As I stated from the start, some cops lie. I'm under no delusion that they don't. Do they lie to obtain illegal search warrants? I can't answer that. And unless you can provide a link to a national database that contains that information, neither can you. I no longer wear the uniform, but when I did, I swore an oath to never betray my integrity or character and to uphold the values of my community, so if I were to pick a "side" it would be the side of justice

I was always subject to random drug testing, so I wasn't able to for fear of losing my job. But while on SEB (SWAT) I trained with other agencies who were not tested and obviously on PEDS

This is just shows the huge difference between how much cops steal vs how much burglars steal. Spoiler: cops steal more. That can't happen without a lot of fucking bullshit warrants getting written. I mean, you don't even have a leg to stand on here... You can't show any statistics involving LE that don't show staggering abuses of power.

Oh def. I was an SRT medic for a while and I'd bet 75% of the team cycled. I also shot three-gun and sniper comps for years with many of the SWAT/SRT guys from around my state and nearby states, and many were totally dialed in. Same with the active duty special ops and Abn guys I hang with now. It's an open secret. I lol'd when I read the article here on that subject.
And again, I'm all for it. I'm a civilian now and I want my country's door kickers jacked to the max. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy at night.

I sold gear in college and I can't tell you how many bricks I was shitting when I show up to this guy's house and see he's a cop. Apparently 100% of our SWAT is on something though.
