Khem's Freak journey.

So many funny things in this thread so far. Would just like to pick at a few in the most "non asshole" way possible.

First off, jumping rope doesn't cut your muscles. Has nothing to do with getting a pump there then doing little movements such as jumping rope to shred it up..or whatever was said. Losing fat in the only way to get cut...and to clarify, you can't do anything to make a muscle look more "cut" aside from just losing fat.

To the OP, when you said you wanted to test your genetics as far as possible, wouldn't staying natural be the only way to do that? Gear will help you cheat genetics in a sense..

I think it may be wise to post your diet so we can take a look at that as well...being on gear and working out is like 30% of the battle...the diet is key for cutting :)

You do have the high spirits so I think you'll do pretty well.

Please continue to follow along and watch this epic, epic journey. I want this to be one of these logs people speak about forever. A log where a Legend is born.[/QUOTE]

Please tell me this is bravado and not ego.

I was thinking the same..I pictured fireworks and gladiator-type music as a i read that :p

My kids like that new movie epic. However if I see epic or follow along anymore in this tread I am going to take a huge epic shit. And I will call it where a legend is born. Actually I am picturing a female telling this epic story . Not a dude.

Meh, I'm just trying to respond in a non-dick head way. I aim for this to be a log that people look back on forever. I obviously don't know, its just a goal. Needless to say, Its tough to take the criticism on fundamentals like I don't have a clue, I have been a vet for around 5 years on a lot of private boards and non private.. To hear people repeat the same fundamental information that I myself drill into newbies is tough to deal with. All the posts are pretty much criticism, and nearly all are identical, or information I have answered to in my first post. I am just trying not to make enemies in my responses, and instead inspire people to stop parroting newbie advice about when I should be cycling. I simply want you all to critique my progress as I press on, not my decision to press on.

My mind has been made up, assist me in reaching my goals, but I won't change my goals.

End Week 2:

Friday:
Squats:
60% x 5
70% x 5
80% x 5
90% x 5
325 x 3 +10lbs
Pump set x 10-15 reps, then "extreme stretching" for fascia tearing.

Incline Bench:
60% x 5
70% x 5
80% x 5
90% x 5
220 x 3 +5lbs
Pump set x 10-15 reps, then "extreme stretching" for fascia tearing.

Pendlay Rows:
60% x 5
70% x 5
80% x 5
90% x 5
220 x 3 +5lbs
Pump set x 10-15 reps, then "extreme stretching" for fascia tearing.

+ Accessory Side laterals, curls

Going to add in calves Monday/Friday starting Monday, and remove them on Wednesday. I decided its necessary for me to hit them as much as possible, especially while on cycle.

^^^ congrats on the weight loss. That's a great achievement. I've been lucky I was really fat as a kid but when I got into my teens I lost a lot of body fat always stayed around 15-18%body fat no diet or workout and lots of bad food. I always had a muscular look even when I didn't lift. Now I'm 182 11%body fat. Nothing super amazing but I'm happy with my size at 5'5

In between cycles and still bulking

That is fair and answers my bravado versus ego question. I still don't agree on your age but your attitude is pretty damn cool. I will look at it as trying to turn something that can be mundane into something more entertaining while also getting the info out there. You have my apology if I offended you. I really wasn't sure. I'll follow along now from the angle of I know where you are coming from with how you write. Fair?

Pittbox- looking sexy brother haha. All seriousness keep at it bro you doing something right. How do you upload a picture on here? I've been a member for 3 years and beer uploaded a pic. I'm a paranoid son of a gun.

No, I completely get it, but to train to my natural potential with my goals would be more of a waste of time than worth. I really want to test my genetics, so to speak over the next two or three cycles, and decide if I should try to cycle for fun/health, or should I try to chase IFBB or something extreme. I just like to push myself, and I love the sport. IF I think I have genetics for it after a few epic runs, why not? If I don't, no skin off my ass and I can just revert to using cycles as a kick for fun. Blood work will always be taken for liver values, etc etc etc..

I get it, I've been around long enough to know the advice and I'd say the same, but I can truly say I grasp the pros and cons and have made a choice.. My approach might vary, but this is what my goals and plans are.

I absolutely appreciate that you are responsible enough to write that post. You're obviously a valuable voice of reason to this board.

For me I'm backed into this corner where I have to produce or I look like every other idiot, you know? Follow along and give your honest input on my results and progress, I need to show it off and hear outside views.

This doesn't make any sense to me. Pushing your body naturally wouldn't be a waste a time. If anything it would help you to get to your goal with a good foundation. I'm young as well, so I can't say shit about your age lol. I don't think people realize that minds are set, and there's little to nothing you can say to change peoples minds when they're set. Best thing to do is wish them the best of luck and help them on their journey with any knowledge you have. Good luck on your journey.

Got curious and impatient, measured my waist today fully expecting it to be up. Its down. I'm a little confused this early on if I'm growing this much or holding this much water. I don't want to ruin the surprise and measure other body parts so soon. I must wait till week 6.

I think it was the chicken I warmed up.. I wasn't sure how many days old it was but it smelled fine and I ate it anyway. I didn't notice any taste, so I don't know for sure. Stomach seems fine today.

See that is why I don't mess with eating fowl. I eat fish, steak, burger. How many times are you getting in the gym a week.
