In my experience, Var is harder on kidneys than liver. My lipids and liver markers didn't change much. Labs showed some slight changes to eGFR which would indicate kidney stress. It's not so much the daily dose, but the length of the cycle that will cause the sides. I try to limit my Var cycles to 4 weeks of 25mg twice a day. Works best for me.

I've taken 100mg/day split in 4, 75mg/day split in 3, and 50mg/day as a pre workout. And all blood work came back the same each time.

Some news. Finally arrive RAW powder of Yohimbine, so I am starting working on new tablets. They will be available in packs of 80 x 10 mg.
The Yohimbin + Tadalafil mix will also be available, here I am still considering what concentration I will choose.

I say God damn that was fast! Ordered over the weekend, paid late Sunday EST. Order was shipped Monday morning and I received it on the US east coast today (Thursday)!! I obviously chose courier but still, that's incredible. I obviously can't speak to the quality yet but everything looks g2g.

Has anyone used an oral steroid along with cardarine and experienced any issues? I was taking Tbol at 25mg twice a day along with 20mg of cardarine pre-workout, and after 4-5 days I began having the worst stomach pains, no appetite, and pretty bad lethargy. Liver support was TUDCA, NAC, Choline & inositol, and milk thistle dandelion & yellow dock. I also made sure to drink at least 2 gallons of water a day and lab work showed liver was good prior to starting. I’ve used cardarine in the past and didn’t have any issues, however, I stopped taking Tbol yesterday and just took cardarine today and all symptoms were present 30 min after. I’m dropping both for now and may introduce just one again in the future, but I would like any insight if anyone cares to offer. I’m guessing it’s taxing my liver too much due to the 17-α-alkylation modification of Tbol and cardarine also being toxic to the liver.

I'm in the same boat with the cardarine/Sdrol after just a little more than a week of it. I've taken oral Sdrol before and know that shit is toxic after a bit but that's after at least 4 weeks. This was a bit unexpected, to say the least.
