I really enjoy all the great feedback and stories we are receiving from LT Labs. I would love to share my success story with the community and back Frank up with what he has going on. I'm just like the majority of the crew out there that has been in search for a stand up source and tired of the bunk crap that is out there. Hearing all the great success stories makes it even more fulling to be able to experience the same results. With that it has been 15 days since the transaction has taken place. Myself doesn't want to fall into that category of people that bother him with numerous emails everyday. I'm a professional myself and now how a business works. Yes I have read the issues that he has been having with higher demand and weather. Bottom line you still need to reach out to your consumer( not the cockroaches that pest your move everyday) the people that have respect and understand the way a business operates. Keep a open line of communication when necessary. Hopefully there will be a better clarification on what is going on with this situation and to open the lines of a better business partnership with the two parties involved

Referred a good friend to LT. He's been waiting 2-3 weeks. No replies to about 3 of his emails. Funds picked up long ago. The wait is OK, I know he got busy/popular fast. But the lack of communication isn't too cool. Makes people nervous while waiting. Seems to be a lot of people now complaining of long wait, no packs and no responses. Not liking what I'm seeing. He started out real strong. Hope he fills these orders. This always seems to happen when I send someone to a UGL, lol.
La Traille told me I'd have a tracking number within 24 hours on Thursday.
Sent an email back Sunday night asking where my tracking number was.
No response.
Sent payment 14 days ago. This is ridiculous.

I'm still in limbo since the 24th like I mentioned earlier, EXPECTING it this week, but the one time I did message him he did reply back in a few hours.

Messaged him Sunday asking for tracking number and he replied to ask again Monday and he'd make a note of it to email me. Emailed him twice Monday and once today and nothing back. I wouldn't be so mad but don't tell me your gonna do something and make a note to do it then not follow through. It's not that hard to take an hour or two to respond to people every night. After all your getting paid for it so do it right.
Was there any word on whether his roof survived the storm? What about his kids, do they have any rare medical conditions that might require him to take time off from sourcing. What about remailers, has one gone rogue? Has he been robbed recently? These things can really slow a source down.

Lol I doubt he is scamming, probably just completely overloaded with all the demand. I thought about placing an order with him but I'd rather wait a few weeks till he has the chance to catch up.
If you've already sent your money then there's no sense in worrying...it won't change the outcome. (Easy for me to say though lol since I didn't place an order)

i have one pack in route and sending another donation today so i'll be able to see first hand what the t/a is looking like now. i'm cruising at the moment so no big rush needed.
guys i know the t/a and communication is not all that great now (and i hope it gets back on track) but believe me the quality is worth it. reflecting back, i should have been a little more judicious to whom i gave his contact info too. all these problems were non-existent a few months ago and i got my shit in 2-3 days like clockwork.

Then he has someone else post that BS story at PM about how he can only answer email if he drives to the public library...all the emails I have from him we're sent after 9pm...no public library is open that late.

It's not just in LA Tallie thread either. Every where I look, he's posting shit lol.
I don't mind the wait, it's totally understandable with all of the orders that came in. Just frustrated over the lack of communication.
