something else that is going on is with all the new orders he can only go to the post office at so many locations so many times a day. for security reasons, this needs to be spread out more so shipping is probably only occuring twice a week (i could be completly wrong)

from what he said he had to travel to the library to use the internet because his home provider was down from the storm. i have no idea how true this is.

Why is it sources never seem to have email/communication problems when things are going good? It only happens when packs are late. When it comes to TAKING orders, sources respond within minutes. Strange, isn't it?

yep that is what is going on for sure. he also told me personally because of all the new customers he is able to increase his raws on hand so in the future this will not be such a problem.

If that's the case that's a huge disappointment. He told me everything I wanted was in stock and ready to go. No reason to have to wait around for new batches to get brewed.

He made that statement early on when all this started so it should not b a problem now. His demand is so high he can only brew and ship so much at a time
