Did another TNE split today. Chest n delts. Pretty light the whole time
Heaviest I went was 225 on incline smith for 8.
60lb dumbbells on shoulder press (went really slow)
And 40's on lateral raise for 8. Also went very slow.

I can't remember the whole workout, but I did everything on the list. Taking it full bore on Monday

I've packed on a bit of pudge this last week, diet went to shit. Back on it now...
Bought to pop some mast p and adex in me.

delts are solid I dont pin them as often and try to keep the volume like 1.5 or less....some guys can do 3cc but I have baby shoulders. 1/2in 25gauge is what I use but you can go smaller
 
Shoulders suck imo
I only go short esters there. So I can pin sub Q. For example tren, it's great for shoulders in a cc or less

Shitty thing about shoulders is its a poor distribution site and nerves everywhere. I pinned front delt once. Just once. Don't ever do that

im not really a fan either but you can make it work...I use my quads for pin cushions personally. All up and down the outside, glutes, and VG and I can pin massive amounts of oil on the daily. My shoulders seem to leak more than anywhere else for some reason, probably because I cant do a good Ztrack

Gotta make that w pin it fer ya. Then you got dem glutes for rotation.
I remember when you were pinning like 14 cc a day of that brahma bull vet grade shit. I bet your legs looked like stab wounds
 
I found a nice spot conveniently between the eyes of my tattoo that didn't hurt when I pinned. .5cc of mast prop... that's all I'm going to do.
2cc in quad is my limit, but 3cc in glutes is pretty easy.

I remember one day in the army I had so many damn Shots in my shoulders that they started injecting into the sort head of my triceps :eek:

My girl pinned my rear delt last pin on accident.. Wasn't to bad. Couldn't imagine a front delt pin I have huge spider ass veins in my front delts. Would not be pretty

not really man they dont even leave a red pin prick...virtually invisible unless I just hit a gusher, in which case I get a small bruise like the size of a nickel. I don't think it was quite 14cc a day it was like 32cc a week total

Better start logging this right Monday!! Hahha just messing man. But hey, remember. Although you're doing a lot more volume and exercises.. Don't lower the weight and underestimate yourself man. Come in with the mindset that your work load is twice as much so you're going to work four times harder. Fuck if it looks "struggling" or by exercise 3 you're " so drained and can't keep it up " that's our goal here. Fucking tear fascia, refuel the body, rest up, and get ready for the next day. Keep up the good work.

Damn.. I thought I was cool pinning 6cc a week
it was 50mg/mL colombian EQ...nothing cool about it, just cheap and good. I got big 5cc syringes and just went to town. Comes in 100mL jugs so everything just kinda starts to seem semi-normal. Not like I was I was going through 3+ vials a week, the same jug last like a month even with horse tranquilizer pins lol

Oh damn.. I was thinking like 2g test, 1g tren, 1g EQ, 1g mast .... That would be fun
