Delt shots are my favorite but I have a ton of scar tissue there now. Personally I hate quad shots but am doing them now along with glute and delt. I've done 3cc glute. 2.5 cc delt and 2cc quad. Those figures are the highest volume I've done in those sites.

I'm definitely back in it.
Took these past few days pretty chill in the gym to get in the swing of things with TNE's split. Tomorrow might be an off day, or a rear delt, traps, calves, cardio day.
Monday hitting it hard!
Not doing shit today and my wife is going to visit family so im chillin. Prolly do all my measurements today.

Here are my itty bitty measurements for the pre-program stuff.
Main goals are to blow my traps and delts up, get shredded as fuck, get my calves bigger, and get a nice golden bronze tan so my wife doesn't make me look like fucking Casper the ghost....

One thing I can tell you is while posing, always "think" you're bigger than anyone. Open up. Don't be tight and closed in. Be huge. On your rear double bi, try opening the back up more, arms forward lats out more. I like the first image you posted. If you could suck that air in up to the chest and have a nice spread and chest up, it could look nice in the right lighting. You're overall pretty even, and have a solid base. It's honestly hard to tell you what to work specifically. Ima firm believer in you dot know what you have until you get a nice cut done. Your traps could be thicker, and delts be more rounded along with some mass in the chest. symmetrical.

I like the flooring in your house, not like that annoying bright hardwood tend to have, its got a nice rustic feel to it.
As for you, looking solid. I cant give much feedback on the posing, i dont play that game haha.

The condo itself is really nice. Great neighborhood, I only hear gunshots a few times a week, the demolition down the street only takes place between 4am and 3pm so that's nice.
2 gas grills on a nice pavilion surrounding an 8 foot deep pool, just deep enough to keep the little hellions away. Unfortunately, they migrated over to the newly installed dog park and ransacked it. It once housed a very nice agility course for dogs (which I used everyday) until these little shits, without parental supervision, destroyed almost every piece of equipment there is to use.
One time this little kid decided it would be cool to start teasing my dogs (while in the park), so they tag teamed him. My girl grabbed his pant leg and pulled his legs out from underneath him while my boy mounted him and humped the shit out of him. The kid was fucked... my pit was easily 15lbs heavier than him.
I would have called my dogs off, but I was laughing too hard and couldn't breath.

Thanks brother. One of the guys at my gym has a team of physqiue competitors and was wanting me to try out a competition...
I was watching some videos and.... ehhh..... its weird.
I definitely agree on the traps and chest. Chest has always been my weakest and most under developed muscle group. Next I would say is hamstrings... very underdeveloped, but they are pretty damn strong.
Over all I think I look pretty soft, and in the next 5 weeks I'm definitely going to be getting my bodyfat down into the single digits so I can reassess and see what needs work.

Vinyl huh? It honestly doesnt look bad for vinyl. Thats funny about that kid and your dogs. Cuz like if they bit him it would have been a big thing, but the fact that they just sexually dominated him is hilarious haha

My dogs don't bite people. Don't even show aggression towards them.
Only way my girl dog gets aggressive is if the person comes off as threatening.
Only way my pitbull would ever be aggressive was if he was 100% certain he would get a rotisserie chicken out of the deal.

I'm 6'1". Honestly not sure about the weight.... my scale says anywhere from 215-220 but I think that's off. I feel 210-215ish
Starting Monday I will start weighing myself every time I go to the gym, they got a pretty shnazzy scale there.
