Chris Johnson's 4.24 NFL combine record coming out of east carolina stood for 6 fucking years...fucker is so fast he raced a cheetah

Its dem powercleans..if you are cleaning 300+ @220bw you can pretty damn well bet they can do some impressive shit

Talk about an adrenaline rush... and shitting bricks.

LC's athletic ability is crazy. One word....Explosive.

@Leancuisine was your wife an athlete?? If so, that new baby is gonna have a future $$$. No pressure...yet. Lol

She was more of the arts type of person. Really into acting and writing. Creative as hell, she makes a bunch of different types of things, always into a new project.

Before she was pregnant she was hitting the gym consistently and was hitting a 160lb deadlift at like 110lb bodyweight and was squatting 185 for a few reps. She's decently strong for her size...

My kid better be a superstar NFL badass, because my retirement ain't gonna pay for itself!! :P nah I'm just playing. Hopefully he picks up athletics, but if he doesn't like it, no biggie. He better like something though, because his ass isn't sitting around all day!

Did TNE's workout numero uno.

Incline Bench 4x4 @265 2x4 @255
Leverage Chest Press (cables were occupied) 2 plates for 12, 2 1/4 for 8, 2 1/4 for 8, 3 plates for 6, 2 plates for 15.

I did a lot... let's just say that. There's about 10 more exercises I did and I can't remember all the weights.

Here's pics.

Man I hope the cheetah caught that window licker. [emoji23]

Haha! I was wondering the back story to this. Convenient there was a camera there.
Could be at a zoo, or some wildlife place.... or this guy left his kitchen window open and Mr cheetah decided he was liking what he was smelling!

Only wildlife I gotta worry about is a squirrel crawling into my transformer box.

A 4.3 40? In high school I ran a recorded 4.46 and thought I was quick. Damn son! Nice!

- nice fucking numbers btw, you may lose some of that explosiveness on my program, so be sure to remember that and keep your head up if them numbers go down. Hope you liked the chest shoulder workout. I did a portion of it today ( I don't start it for another 2 weeks ) and it was killer.

Yeah it was 4.37 on turf with 2.1 at the 20. Idk why they marked the 20 yard spot but they did.
That was 2 years ago.
I'm doing some plyo work in the mornings to help maintain and maybe even increase my explosiveness.
I'm liking your program so far man, insane pumps.

Edit: I'm loving the program brother!

Circadian rhythm maybe?

Damn dude, never even knew about that. Just read up on it - pretty interesting. I feel like sometimes it has to do with lighting... its weird. My older brother used to always sleep with the lights on as a kid so I did the same. Now I find myself the most tired when all the lights are on (sunlight through windows included). Not sure if theres a fancy name for that, too.

I have a rough time trying to get some decent sleep and went through a bunch of "sleep hygiene" classes.
There were a few things they recommended like staying out of bed until it was time to sleep, so if you going to read a book, don't lay down and read in your bed. Read at the table or couch. Also stay out of bed until you are dead tiree.
That last one worked awesome for other people. They would kinda truck thru the first few days, as most people didn't sleep the first night, 2nd night they only got a few hours of sleep, but eventually after about a week they were retraining their bodies to fall asleep when they hit the bed.
I tried this and just stayed up for like 3 days haha!

Can't remember if I said it in the previous post, but dopamine regulates your bodies signals. Maybe try some herbal dopamine agonist stuff like 5htp, l-dopa.
They could help switch your circadian rhythm back to a more favorable rhythm, along with a few tricks.
I got pages and pages of info on sleep... I will dig some up tomorrow and post them up

Goals right here.
Been doing stomach vacuums for the first time in my life lately while I cook.
Ready somewhere to do 3 sets of 20 seconds a day, increasing 20 seconds every week until you get to a minute.

I can't even hold them for 20 seconds. I'll be very impressed with a minute log vacuum

Maybe I'm doing them wrong?
But 20 seconds is pretty easy. Just use the timer on my phone and literally pose just like Frank Zane in that picture and try to pull my belly button through my spine

I can't hold my breathe after letting all air out. The idea is let all air out of stomach, all the way through pushing out with your teeth. Then suck your lower abdomen to your rib cage, and then suck in again. It takes my breathe to easily

On a couple interviews frank zane said he would breath during his vacuum exercises, but I always empty out my lungs (as much as I can) for the duration of the 20 seconds.
Just gotta actually start losing some fat now.... feel like I've been plateaued for weeks honestly. Haven't gotten leaner :(

Wifey wasn't doing too hot so she took the day off.... and apparently everyone else in the household decided the same!!!
Waiting for my short shorts to come in, then.... it's leg day
