As the title says I need to get as lean as I can in two days. I know, I know not ideal at all. Looking for any tips from anyone familiar with cutting if I will see any difference at all with only two days to do this. If I cut out most all sodium and simple carbs, and most complex carbs and drink loads of water the day before will this help if it is only for one day? Anything I should do on the second day to fill back up slightly but remain lean as possible? Thanks in advance
