Lemons first cut cycle.

So, I'll be doing my first cutting cycle coming up.

Going to keep it short and sweet, only 4 weeks (Ala Bill Roberts)

Basic plan is a 1000 calorie deficit (I know , pretty fucking steep)

Current weight
230lb
6'1"
BF, too high.

I'll post up some physique pics later when I'm back in town, internet is SHIT out here.

Will be running.

100mg Test Cyp (Monday/Thursday Pins)
Basically TRT

350 mg Tren Ace (50mg ED pins)

Caber on hand.

Albuterol- 2mg 3x Daily
Cardarine 10mg ED to help with Tren cardio effects.

Epithalon 1mg ED PM
Prevent plaque buildup and Trensomnia (It SHOULDA work on paper, but this is more of an experiment.)

Contemplating adding 4iu GH, pinned AM/PM split
BUT, I've read that Prolactin can increase in the presence of Growth hormone, so if anyone has advice on this matter, let me know.

I'm VERY new to cutting cycles, but I really want to try one.. mostly so I can just get the experience of..
A. Tren
B. A cut on blast.

My diet will be 250 Grams protein, Carbs only PWO. and 30 grams carbs with breakfast (Need some energy in the AM)

I'm still sorting out macros, but I'm open to suggestions.
I've always just focused on ...
Protein intake.. and calories, I've never been a big Macros guy.
I'm just not at "That level" like a lot of guys on Meso are, where I compete or really need to be dialed in hard to bring their physique to the next level.

Current maintenance calls around between 3500-3700ish, depedant on how hard my work day is.

I'm thinking around 2500-2700 cals 5 days a week.
the other 2 days will be at 3500 cals... honestly just to keep myself going mentally so I dont give in to the cravings and get off track.
I'm actually pretty satisfied with 3500ish and dont get cravings.


Like I said before, super new to cutting cycles.
I've had decent success just cutting at a 300 calorie deficit over long time periods,

But I just REALLY want to experiment.
TBH... my enjoyment of AAS is the experience, science and discovery, almost as much as the physique.. so I'm always up for trying new stuff.

I've had solid success the past year and a half I've been in the gym on nice easy cycles.

I dont feel like I NEED Tren at all.

But I'm super excited to experiment with it, at least once.

Any advice or tailoring is greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking for Validation of my plan, I'm looking for straight up criticism from the multitude of guys that know better than me.

Workouts will be powerlifting with some minor bodybuilding accessory work

The accessories will be focused on weak points on my big 3 lifts.
For example, my upper back requires some work, as I'm struggling at the top end of my Sumo.
Sp some hypertrophy work will be added to balance out my weakspots.

Training will be 6 days a week, with deload as required...
I go by feelz for deload.

Sounds like a plan!
This cut could be a good thing for your body and self - take this time to sensitive your body to calorie intake and once you want to push the numbers heavier down the road again you can load the calories back into your body and really utilize that opportunity to grow into a weight class if you plan to compete and blast heavier injectables.
 
Just reading through your plan gets me fired up and motivated - especially with gyms reopening. Gonna be some serious iron whoring going on real quick. Looking forward to your progress reports. Get after it Bro!

I might as well add in my current AAS journey from Chump to (Eventually) Champ.
Took 6 years off training, looked like a bitch.
I've done 2 cycles since I got back in the gym and back on that special sauce lol.

Before I started training my ass off in February/March 2019
Dem Titties are at least c cup lol

Couldnt tie my shoes properly, back hurt too badly (2 slipped disks)

Improved all my big lifts, particularly proud of my 315 PR on bench a few weeks ago.
1RM now has it at 325 (Apparently lol)

Basically I've been clean bulking for 1.5 years now
shave added a lot of mass, but this fat needs to be dealt with lol

DL and squat have Improved drastically.
Had problems grabbing the bar even, now I'm on the road to a 500DL shortly
Gotta give all the credit to the PL crew, these guys have kept me motivated and healthy through my journey back to being in great shape.

I'm figuring, I'm 2 years (5 cycles) from being in a shape that I'm proud of.

First run was Adrol only LOL
Lost track after that.

Took 6 years off cycling and the gym recently.

Last 2 cycles since my return

Before I stopped cycling/training, was on contest prep for physique.

I'm hoping the legendary Tren Nutrient partitioning will allow me to throw some more weight on the bar.
 
The only possible issue I see is the low carbs. Tren and low carb can be a bad combo - you may feel hypoglycemic. I would have a plan B to increase carbs and drop fats depending on how you're feeling.

With that said, as long as you don't get bothered by sides, it's hard not to come out of a tren cycle on a new level.

So you would recomend lowering my fats (actually setting macros)
Upping carbs a bit to combat this.

Any truth to the "Carbs before bed" Tren sweats?

You don't necessarily need to set macros although, all of my most successful cut cycles have been very closely monitored on the macros front. I'm a little looser with things otherwise because it's just kind of a bitch to track and weight every little thing.

My main point is that if you're feeling off, don't be afraid to bump the carbs up and drop the fats back to keep your calories relatively the same. Tren and carbs go well together.

I can't say I've ever really noticed it that much... I've definitely experienced some tren sweats but they weren't that bad. If you've ever experienced DNP, tren sweats don't even come close... At least for me. There was a thread that a lot of guys had success taking magnesium before bed to eliminate tren sweats... Could try it if you have an issue.

I've never experienced issues with prolactin ever, and I've used and combined all kinds of compounds that get pulled into the prolactin debate. I've seen only one member here ever complain about prolactin while using GH. Have an AI on hand, you're fine.

Ahh, fair enough.
Yeah, it's a but tough to track Macros for me, especially since my wife packs my lunch and cooks breakfast.
Noted, I definitely wont be worried about some extra carbs if I need then, I carry a stash of rice based protein bars for that very reason.


Never ran DNP, but I've had some solid Test Flu/sweats.
same experience as you, never had any correlation with carbs before bed, just extra heat from the Test in general.


I've never had Prolactin issues in my Nandrolone runs, despite running decent test and I typically like my Estro a little higher than most.
Still no issues,

I'll add the GH into the stack, love the look and qaulity from 4iu

Also,

I take long release magnesium for my stomach, so it looks like I have that base already covered.

I'm interested to see how the protocol works for me and what sides I'll experience.

Especially insomnia and the Epithalon to combat it.
Tren and Epithalon seem like a match made in heaven, BUT as you're aware.. just because something might work theoretically on paper, doesnt mean much lol.
 
Just as a side note
Interested to see if I'm one of the guys to get crushed by Tren cough.
Since I'll be running Albuterol, should offset the cough
Have a inhaler kno standby as well.

I've also accidentally pinned a 2ml cocktail (Including DHB) into a vein with nothing but a tickle in my throat and could taste the gear.

So let's see!

Is it fucked up that I'm a little excited to see how the sides hit me?
