I feel you on the DB work. F'd my right shoulder up several years back and haven't laid under a barbell since. Individual arm activation has been my saving grace for most movements.
Trying to age somewhat gracefully .
Yes sir! Still grinding.... but I’m doing good. Feel like I’m improving more every week. Training 2 days on, 1 off. That’s working really good. Pull, push, legs.

I got a few from Rogue in April when my gym first closed. Sold out of the sets but grabbed a couple I think they qualified for the “3 ships free” deal at the time.
They are out of a lot of items but seem to be restocking as fast as they can. I think you can set up notifications as well.

Amazon or ebay will have the best prices. They’re probably all made at the same factory in China anyway.

i made a squat and bench rack out of 4x4 for outside. But i just re did my garage.
I got a full body cage rack. With cables to do every exercise. For a good price. It also has a smith machine and bench for leg extensions, lat pulldown, barbell rack. will put down mats, when it comes. Looks very good. Using barbells plates as weight.

How long on are they total or specifically on the outside? What size bolt did you use, the holes on my rack are 11/16

Man getting sick of all these price gougers on Craigslist. Found a few dumbbells for a decent price, but most people are total douche bags trying to get 2-4 bucks a pound. Fucking ridiculous, our asshole governor isn't going to open up the gyms anytime soon.

Yup shit still outrageous prices, of course here in Canada its always outrageous prices...
I am wanting some more 10s for DBs, 12 to be exact at 2.25 a lb sucks. All the 45s I ended up getting are the same diamter as the 35s, which is fine for everything but DLs, those are now 2 inch deficit DL lol
