Let's talk bp meds

It's inevitable for some people, high blood pressure, either hereditary or induced from drugs or maybe both. I wanna know what those guys who are on them use. Is it an ARB, is it a, diuretic, a beta blocker? I have issues with bp I've tried all the herbal remedies including carditone. Cialis all the things you first hear parroted anytime anyone brings up blood pressure. So now I'm on losartan which I think makes me feel like I'm in a haze with brain fog all day. I've also tried metropolol I think it worked better and faster but I've been told beta blockers aren't the best drugs to control blood pressure. What do you use if youre on meds?

It’s funny because your right a lot of people will suggest Cialis to help lower.
I personally have never suffered anything other than elevated during a blast but usually use CoQ10 at 400mg a day for an effective dose and take 6 1000mg Fish oil pills split 3/3 am/pm. Also would take baby Aspirin before bed which had a really good effect on regulating my BP.
There was a cycle once I had gone heavy on the orals and my BP just wouldn’t come down and I ended up using Lisinopril for a little bit and it dropped it right away. It’s in Ace Inhibitor and of course has its side effects, some fatigue and basic stuff as well as elevating Potassium Levels I believe.
Overall I try to stay away from Prescription BP Meds if at all possible.

Bystolic was a game changer for me.
My bp now is 110 /60 with a resting heart rate of about 60

All other meds I tried did not work this well.
And I feel great on it.
