Hey all. I've been a lurker for a very long time. I don't know when I created this account but it's been a few years that I've been browsing Meso. I decided I would try with a training log. I've competed once in a non-sanctioned meet a few years ago, nothing special.

I am currently on a cruise using 200mg of Test E. I have been using this dose the last 6 months, once a week shot. Just got my bloods in a few months ago and my markers are within range, EKG turned out good too. Regardless, I don't have any plans to start anything up soon yet, just trucking along, dealing with work, and the usual.

I don't use any supplements on top that. Obviously on a blast I'll throw in some important ones.

Most current numbers:

665 Conventional Deadlift / 710 Sumo Deadlift
365 Paused Competition Bench
660 Squat with Knee Wraps
500 w/o wraps (pre existing knee injury, too much pain above this)

Stats: 5'9, 224, around 17%. I don't watch my nutrition as well as I should, I just got finished with a major move which took alot of money and time. I let myself go the last few months diet wise.

Goals for now? Just trying to get stronger with as little as I can. The gym I'm at is holding a competition in the summer, I figure it'll give me a good goal to work towards. Bench sucks a bit. So thats another focus.

Nice little 10lb PR. It's been two months since I hit 365. I had to practice some restraint since I had a bit more left in me. It's for another day, but not today.
 
Happy New years/new years eve to all. I've got a party to go to tonight and I definitely foresee some water weight gain...

Yesterday and today are off for training. Joints feel a bit beat. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

Damn some great deadlift and squat numbers there on just 200mg Test, wish I could do those. Where does your BP tend to sit on that amount as I'm sure mine is a little high and why I find doing reps on deads nothing but really hard work lol

My bench usually hovers around 365 whenever I go down to a cruise. Doesn't really move much outside of that but lately it's been feeling pretty good.

I'm not sure why the Bench Press is a strange one for me. It always lagged behind and I never really liked doing it. But it's not any excuse obviously. I try my best to get as strong as I can on it, and lately its been doing well.
 
Sorry buddy my bad - I meant BP as in Blood Pressure!! lol

On Test & NPP I hover around 124/85 but still feel pretty winded after a hard set and I never go over 4 reps. I swear if it was down around 115 they wouldn't feel half as bad.

Ah.

I hover around 120/80 on a cruise.

I've never really ran anything outside of Test E and Superdrol. I've tried Anadrol for a few weeks once and that's it as far as what I've tried compound wise.

How is NPP? Do you like it? Good for strength?

I would say compared to the other available secondary compounds next to Test, the other choices being E.Q and Masteron that so far I have found NPP to be the best for extra strength and size - but mainly for the joint and tendon cushioning that it gives. If I try heavy benching without NPP my shoulders are just so damn sore and painful. I like to add in Dbol too which with the estrogen rise and extra water/glycogen loading makes lifting even more comfortable. I have always got great strength jumps from it too. I release superdrol and anadrol are better - but I feel really rough on them especially superdrol. Dbol just feels like popping euphoric smarties compared to those 2 Lol Trenbolone of course is brilliant for strength but it kills deadlifting, you will spend 10 minutes after each set just getting your wind back. For recovery in benching its brilliant though, especially in tendon recovery.

I'll consider it then, it sounds promising. Wonder if it'd help for my knee injury. I'd love to squat raw again but somethings up with my ACL, don't know what it is. It's been that way for years.

I don't feel too bad on Sdrol or Adrol. My doses for them are low, could be a reason. I do get a bit winded on Superdrol but I find it's usually the belt that restricts my already affected breathing on a blast, so I do alot more beltless training or put it on loose if its reps, and that seems to help me, personally.

On a side note, I was sifting through my little stash and lone and behold, I found a leftover 30 pack of Anadrol haha. It was a nice little new years surprise.

Big Rep PR off the box for me, very happy. It's a big indicator lift for myself when it comes to my deadlift. I sense a PR on the horizon.

You got some bloody strong legs there mate!! Do you think having a strong squat has a part to play in conventional deads and max's or do you see them as very much a different movement in the way the weight is lifted?

I focused on building my squat up to hopefully increase my deadlift but I found it made no difference to it - if anything my deadlift actually suffered due to the extra loading caused by the squatting over the week on my back and CNS.
