Liver support

Don't flatter yourself, Skippy. I don't waste my time arguing with imbeciles. I was just having a little fun with you. If I've given you any reason to think I was actually taking you seriously... well, I guess it sucks to be you. You're just one of the scores of trolls that I've encountered online, and you're not a particularly good one. In a week or two, I'll have forgotten all about you.

Watching you melt down was entertaining for a little while, but now I'm bored with you. What can I say? I can only tolerate stupidity in short bursts. Maybe I'll see you in another thread, but I doubt you'll be here that long. You won't be missed.

I've come to the same conclusion CBS, there is no sense in arguing with idiots, especially one who is also mentally disturbed like this bozo!

I've often wondered in situations of this nature which antipsychotic; Haldol or Prolixin is the "best" treatment option?

For rapid control of agitation associated with acute psychosis, it's hard to beat IM lorazepam 1 to 2 mg in combination with haloperidol 2 to 5 mg. IM olanzapine 5 to 10 mg or IM ziprasidone 20 mg is also a suitable choice. Simultaneous administration of IM olanzapine and lorazepam is not recommended because the combination has been associated with respiratory failure.

Once Mr. Easy has been stabilized you can make the referral to psych and get him out of your hair.

Are you suggesting I abandon a patient? Heavens to Betsy, I'd never, ever, ever even consider ......... but in this case I'll make an exception, lol!

Unrelated, but I got my blood tested before taking accutane and again while I was on it. My liver enzymes didn't change at all and I think it's bec I was taking NAC.

Classic "bro" logic fella, bc only 10-15% of folk who use Accutane notice any change in LFTs, and in less than 1% is the elevation considered significant, or greater than 3 x their baseline.

I didn't "notice" it. I went by the numbers on my blood work. NAC is legit dude

Legit for Acetaminophen OD sure but as a "liver protector" you will find the same anecdotal "evidence" you just posted on AAS forums "DUDE", lol!

No that's NOT what matters, fella!

What matters is others will read the anecdotal garbage your spewing and may become persuaded into using NAC based on your "off label" recommendations.

And if my correcting such nonsense prevents that from happening and if I'm a "dick" for proving YOUR WRONG, by posting a LEGIT review, I could care less, "bro"!
