[LMAO] Effects of Cryolipolysis on Testosterone

Kinda necro-bumping but still seems relevant

Was this just due to loss of fat (less T aromatize to E?) Or am I misinterpreting

I suspect that's what the authors would like for orhers to believe was the result of a SEVEN POUND reduction in TBF, yet a 90ng/dl "improvement" in TT may occur for a variety of reasons such as;

1) diurnal variation
2) lab methodologies
3) aromatization??? -- oops E-2 levels were not similarly followed
4) protein binding
5) etc

Changes in aromatization are the most difficult to substantiate bc TT/E-2 conversion proceeds at a FIXED rate

Yeah its always a bummer when bias distorts good info.

E/hormone conversion is a tricky MF and I don't think I'll ever truly understand..

Thanks for pointing that out though.
