I'm going to buy some kettlebells this weekend.
Or I may just snag these tires that have been in my backyard since I moved here last December and stuff them with sand.....
Start throwing heavy things again.
When I was in the army we did a bunch of things like that. Throw sand bags. Push humvees. Rip chickens heads off with sticks.... You know, simple things like that.
It was fun, and I was in insane shape. I'll see if I can find some old pics.
