Looking for a little advice for my friends

Hello everyone I'm a new member and I'm very glad to be here there are so many knowledgeable people. I'd like to share with you my current regime and any suggestions or pointers you have would be much appreciated I've just started incorporating peptides into my Wellness.

I'm 63 years old my goals are to get my BMI down to 20% build some lean muscle put on a little size but I don't be a Hulk I'm 5'6 currently weighing it at 197 I carry the weight well I don't look like a fire hydrant. More like a pitbull. So I'm doing a weekly dose of testosterone cyp.
Peptides include, bpc-157/TB/GHKU/KPV blend, cjc1295_ Ipamorlan blend = 5 days on Pinealon,DSIP, =daily for 7 days just getting g started
Trizepatide = weekly
Oral = NR, cialis preworkout 10mg, AI for estrogen
I also just got a sermorlin/Ipamorelin blend, can I take this now or wait until I'm done cycling with the CJC 1295 ?
Anything else I should add ?

Simplicity. From your list:

-Test-Cyp (split this and may be able to stop the AI)

-Tirz

-Serm/Ipa

-Daily Cialis

You can (probably should) do the above forever.

The rest of the peptide "fluff" is completely overshadowed by the effects of the serious compounds and only introducing potential risks from unnecessary polypharmacy.

Get a firm grip on BP if you haven't already (that means below 120/80) and you're doing almost all that pharma can to keep you as healthy and vigorous as long as possible. If you get the "itch" to do more, optimize Thyroid function. If you want to go further get a nootropic to prevent neuronal atrophy and keep that white matter mass from shrinking with age.

Lowering bodyfat is mostly about cutting calories. That is where the real loss comes from.
What sort of test did you use to get the 20% of bodyfat? Most people when estimating on there own way under estimate.
 
Hi I didn't do a test, I just felt that's where I'd like to be which would equate to a thinner midsection? Is there a test?
