I will be doing my first "cicle" soon, I wanna be on a sports "TRT" with 250mg to 350mg (depending on how my body takes it.)
Been training for a long time but over the past 2 years after dealing with depression I gained a lot of weight. I was up to 113KG approx 30% BF (male 175cm 30yo)
Been back to lifting hitting the gym for 5 months and on a good diet and I'm down to 98KG but just a month ago my bloodwoork wasnt great, I was at 11.5 nmol/L total test and my Cholesterol was also not great
LDL at 4.40 mmol/L
HDL 0.88 mmol/L
Total Cholesterol 6.1 mmol/L
Everything else was good, blood pressure is excellent, sugars, heart, liver kidneys and all that is good.
Since I am now on a very healthy lifestyle working out 5x a week and on an excellent diet I believe with the test my cholesterol is improving and will continue to get better as I continue to lose weight - but as of now its likely still not good.
My question is... should I add 20mg Anavar for the first 6 weeks just to give it an extra "boost" and then cruise on Test only and how bad that could be to my health in your experience?
I'm trying to think about the cost/benefit of doing so I really want to put in some good results, and keep my lean mass while I continue to drop the weight but I'm not 100% sure on how big of an impact 20mg of anavar would do to my physique to make it worth the risks.
(PS: I know Primo would be a better option but it's just too pricey and hard to get for me atm - but if you have any other suggestions please feel free to share)
