Low dose Cialis (2.5 mg 1x per day before bed) has been an excellent addition for me for four main reasons:
1) It provides a nice (though modest) reduction in Blood Pressure of approx. 5 pts systolic + diastolic. I take it at night to avoid flushing and since my regular BP med is taken in the AM, this gives me a well-rounded daily BP treatment.
2) It really does provide a nice, fuller pump in the gym that seems to stay with me (to some extent) for the rest of the day. It reminds me of when I used to use Vanadyl Sulfate back in the day. A few days after starting Cialis I finished a workout and thought "Damn I have a nice pump. I wonder why?" And then I remembered reading about the pump advantage from Cialis. My pumps continue to be improved.
3) Oh yeah and the reason it's mostly prescribed! I didn't really need it for this reason but the improvement is still there. Its different than Viagara - the erections are very full but they're there when you need them, not necessarily just after you take to medication. Its more natural.
4) BPH is not a huge problem for me yet but I have noticed improved stream, too.
As a relatively cheap addition to one's protocol, I would recommend it. I buy the 5mg tabs and cut them in half to save a little money. Just my experience.
