Lowest effective trenbolone dose.

What is the lowest effective trenbolone dose that will give results but won't be high enough to cause increased prolactin and progesterone levels?

If I add 200 mg tren a week to my current steroid protocol, will that cause issues? All other steroids I use aromatize, but since I don't have a high aromatization rate, I'm not getting serious side effects. But I want to add something powerful like tren.

200mg is well above a minimum effective dose of tren. Maybe try starting at 5mg/day of tren A and then increasing to 10mg/day. If I had to guess, 10mg/day is close to a minimum effective dose. Night sweating definitely started at 10mg/day for myself but everyone is different.

I ran between 100-150mg/week for 3 months and had almost no side effects. No night sweats, slightly reduced sleep quality and by the end of the 3 months I was hitting some fatigue. Otherwise easy peasy. Labs were solid a couple weeks after I was done.

Almost certainly.

As others stated, start at 35 - 50 mg a week and see how that goes first.
If 50 mg a week is the recommended newbie dose, that stuff must be very strong.

What results can be expected from 50 mg per week? Can this dose give any actual results or is it just a test dose to see how the body reacts? And will 50-100 mg a week cause issues with the prolactin and progesterone levels and the breast tissue? Do I have to use cabergoline?

Only one way to find out...

Run it and see for yourself. Everyone is different. The answers to those question won't necessarily apply to your body. And you shouldn't take those answers to mean anything for yourself.

Only thing i used with 100-150 was p5p daily. Never caber. But everyone is different. I ran it with test and mast

There is no way to answer those questions for other people.

It isn't aspirin, you just have to try it and see how well you tolerate it vice how bad your sides are.

Yeah, I know I have to try it myself. I was asking for general estimates. Individual responses vary but there is always a dose considered generally safe for anyone. I'm really not ready to deal with prolactin and progesterone issues so I prefer a safe effective dose that is not high enough to cause such issues.

For me personally:
Minimum - 100mg/week.
Best - 200mg/week.
Maximum - 300mg/week.

P.S. this applies to myself. It's been nearly 2 years since I touched that stuff, so things might have changed. As always it doesn't apply for everyone.

Which Tren are we talking about?
Tren E? Tren A? Or Tren H?

I am of the opinion that Tren E 200mg per week is the minimum.
at least for me.

With Tren H, I completely agree with you when it comes to the dosage

Safe dose of tren? 0mg/week

What are you currently running? What have you ran before ? Body stats ?

I've run tren at high dosages when I was younger and didn't know anything about anything. Talking about 700mg or more per week. And I've seen in the recent years great results from 10mg/day, or 70mg/week. The difference in very notable with 70mg. It does its job at low dosages, and in my opinion, going over just means you are using it to do what safer compounds could be doing.

Minimum effective dose is quite low, I’d guess approximately 140 a week. Personally, I prefer 200-350 a week depending on length/fatigue. Currently 8 weeks in myself, started at 350 which is what I normally run ace, and had to reduce to 210 as I’m feeling a bit more sensitive than usual.

To the best of my recollection, the average dosage for cattle is 0.07mg per kg per day. Meaning that for someone who weighs 100kg that 50mg a week is plenty.

100-200mg a week should give noticeable results.

Sides may vary.

I'd always have some kind of prolactin control when running a 19nor, even at lose dosages, but only use it as needed. I wouldn't be popping caber once a week just because someone on the internet said to. I think caber has unhealthy properties to it as well in terms of what it can do to the heart, so take only as needed. If prolactin sides pop up, you're going to wish you had something to correct it with
