Me: Just retired from the military after 30 years. I'm in my early 50's, been working out my whole life. 5'10" 200# 24% bf. Had blood work done: all normal except test was right at 310. Was told that is normal so no TRT for me according to my doc.
I have a very sedentary job now. Spend 12 hrs a day on my ass either at my desk or in a helicopter. 2 weeks of the month I have access to a great gym, the other 2 not so much, still get some good training in tho.
Starting to get a little more serious about getting in better shape (want to regain my youth a little). I don't want to get huge, just want to move things around a bit (recomp). Getting old sucks. Not looking for a source. I'll put in the work on my own for that. Just looking for some advice from some of the SME's here, especially the older guys that are making this work for them.
I cycled in my youth before the military. Test-c and D-bol. Great results, very little sides.
Considering a 4 wk cycle for starters of Test-P 100mg eod along with Tren 37.5-50mg eod followed by 6-8wks off with PCT.
Does that sound reasonable?
