17 weeks. 205 to 184 on the scale closer to 30lbs of fat-loss
Never hungry, in fact some times I just felt stuffed as the scale dropped and mirror changed.
Never left wondering where my coach ran off to or what he was planning for me. Took about 3 weeks to get through all the formalities and understanding what the plan and direction was. Since then it’s just been checking in twice a week and not worrying about anything as we made small adjustments (some weeks we didn’t need to adjust anything)
I’ll certainly be working with Mac again for a big bulk as soon as blood work comes back good to cycle, and then again for a cut. Until then I’ll be playing around with diet and training to see what I can apply from this session.
