Sorry I haven't updated here in a bit, been busy with my families move comin up.

So Wednesday was back and bis, was a good workout, and I'm slowly starting to feel strength increases. I try to up my reps usually for a week or two on cycle before upping the weight.
9.18
Cardio, 4 mile run in the neighborhood.
5th pin tonight, 2 weeks in now.
9.19
Full body workout that killed me, I could barely walk in the end, felt great.
9.20
Cardio, 30 min on treadmill
Test is feelin better day by day, except my balls have begun to shrink... So I'm already looking forward to my HCG in a few weeks.
Diet changed slightly, lowered carbs and upped fats a bit.
And also, the wife and I smashed last night on the couch in our living room which was a nice way to end the night
