Yeah.. paying 60 for OK cards isn’t for me. They really should do year old Nig subscriptions for much cheaper and I’d watch them all

I've been a BJJ guy since 96. And I've also been a Sambo guy since 98. I've never understood why a lot of old school BJJ players looked down on leglocks and footlocks. To me, attacking the leg, is no different than attacking the arms.

When I'm rolling, and someone drops to guard, as opposed to battling for a takedown; I attack the feet and legs just as I would the arms. If for no other reason than passing the guard.

Some people think that attacking feet and legs is more dangerous than attacking arms and wrists; when in reality that is hardly the truth. The danger levels are no different.

If a player doesn't attack the legs; then his game is half complete.

That was a great episode!
One of my favorites was when Danaher was on fairly recently. Incidentally, Danaher just released a video about his approach and concepts towards approaching his game; and I was able to be present at the shooting. That guy makes you better just listening to him speak.

I'm old, I like leg and wrist locks simply because of the treachery. :-)
 
I agree Tide, you have to think C Mac would have worked on his take down D and ground game. Not that it will do a whole alot, since Kahbib is a killer on the ground haha. But I'm picturing Kahbib walking into a solid left and nitey nite haha

It's one worth watching that's for sure. Hopefully no one pulls out due to injury or a failed test. Khabib won't stand with him for long. Say what you want about connor but he's a gifted stand up fighter, for one who fights in the cage.
