MF's Test Prop - 10 week Log

I am about to start my first ever cycle tomorrow.
I'm running:
100mg test prop eod for 10 weeks
injecting with 27g 1cc 1/2" slin pins

PCT:
Aromasin + Nolvadex
Also, I will start using Creatine again post-cycle

Stats:
160 lbs
5'9
18y/o

Note: I know that it's typically advised against for anyone under around 22 to start a cycle due to having "high natural testosterone" and typically I would completely agree, but since I got to college (about 5 months) I have hit an unbreakable plateau that has been disastrous for my confidence and ability to progress in the gym. I eat a very inconsistent amount of calories every day (I usually count macros) due to low motivation, lots of frustration and a very busy schedule. I've done weeks of research and considered and reconsidered the consequences and pros of a cycle at my age, but I honestly believe it will be the best thing (and the only thing) to get me back into the mindset that I need to progress. Agree with that or tell me I'm ignorant, I really don't care. Regardless, for anyone around my age who is interested in the effects a cycle of test would have on them, I will be logging everything that happens.

On cycle I will be consuming:
250-300g protein
500-550 carbs
125-150 fat

And finally
Stats (last noteable PR's):
bench: 175x3
deadlift: 275x1
squat: 165x3

I know that as long as I have been training (about 2 years) my stats should be higher, but I really haven't progressed on any major lift, nor have i put on any significant size, in the last 6 or 7 months. Part of this is due to lack of motivation from not progressing while I watch all of my friends surpass me and reach weight and size way beyond what I can achieve. I think this is the best thing for me mentally, and the physical size/strength gainz won't be all that bad either ;)

***If you have any suggestions on how to better my cycle in any way, please share! I have a solid knowledge of testosterone at this point, but nothing breeds knowledge like experience.
 
Day 1: first injection

First injection today (right outer thigh), pretty scary, I was shaking while doing it. Anyway, it was relatively painless and it seemed like everything went pretty well. There was a tiny air bubble in the tip and I was advised that it wouldn't hurt anything if I injected, so I went for it. After about 2 hours, started noticing some very slight soreness, but I couldn't tell if it was placebo or not.

I did some air squats and took a hot shower, because I have read that it reduces pip, and I know test prop is pretty painful. I don't feel mentally any different aside from feeling a little freaked out still.
 
Take what I say as tough love. But I can write your entire log in a few sentences. Blah blah blah sides kickin in, feelin horny and like superman, blah blah I'm gainin weight and strength could be water but I look bigger, blah blah gainin lot of muscle and strength and girls notice. End of cycle. I gained 20lbs and feel great!! Pct losing some gians from strength and size. Few months after pct you've lost all size and gains because you didn't have a foundation, solid diet, workout, recovery routine.

The reason your not making gains anymore is cause your diet/training/ recovery isn't in place. Steroids will artificially pump you up for a very short time. But you'll lose all of it on such a weak foundation. And potentially fuck up your hpta.

I'm sure you don't wanna hear it but just stop now. Your going to puff up for a few months and fuck up ur natural system for what?

Either way good luck and hope it works well. Again I'm tryin to give u tough love cause I know you can make gains if you train naturally.

Diet... fucking diet... diet... what you put down your fucking gullet.

That's bodybuilding. That's 80% of the battle. Ask any motherfucking pro or even a ripped cunt off the street, it's diet. Prolonged gains and sustaining of those gains is built in the kitchen.

Like my motherfucking idol Ben Pak says, "You grow outside of the gym, when you sleep, when you eat..."

Get off the cycle. Stop drinking alcohol if you are, eat right and track your macros, come back in 7 years and pick that needle up again.

I appreciate what you're trying to say here man, but you are making a loooooooot of assumptions about my background, knowledge and training routine. I guess I can't blame you for seeing "18 years old" and thinking I'm some idiot kid who does supersets and burnouts, trains chest and arms 5 days a week and squats like your typical gym fool, but that just isn't the case. I learned a lot of my foundational training and dieting knowledge from people I have been fortunate enough to know that have made it a long way in the world of powerlifting and bodybuilding (I'm not going to drop names, but you would know them if I said them) and the rest I learned through research, being a phys major and getting my PT cert. Needless to say, you don't have to worry about me knowing what I'm doing in the gym.

I also think you need to do more research into Test Prop. HPTA can be severely decreased on cycle, but thanks to PCT and including Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, your body can fully recover in just a few weeks. Sure I could make gains naturally, I have been for quite some time. So can a lot of people, especially young people, who choose to use AAS. My training, recovery (not sure if you mean my PCT or gym recovery in general) and foundation are all definitely solid. I'll give you diet, but now that I have a car, I can buy my own groceries and I've been dieting strictly since this semester started. I won't have a problem with diet anymore, that you can be sure of.

I'm glad you said all that, actually, because I don't think I elaborated properly on my "foundation" but again I completely understand why you would assume I'm just another stupid kid with no real knowledge of exercise outside of maybe some videos I watched on youtube.

Also pct Is no garuntee that your system will bounce back to normal. It will help but everyone responds differently and not always 100%. And pct doesn't mean you'll keep your gains.

Also the less of a foundation you have the quicker you will lose your gains.

No reason for me to get offended man, I know everyone here, including you, only wants to help. But that being said, I knew a lot of people would disagree with the choice based on my age. I was prepared for that. My diet wasn't in check for a little while, but now it's back under control. I'm pretty light at 160 but I have a low BF right now and could easily be a bulked 165-170. I know PCT doesn't necessarily make you hold on to gains you make on cycle, that's mainly diet, training and supps. I'm very confident in my ability to hold on to most of the muscle and size I'm about to gain, or else I wouldn't have started this cycle in the first place. I did several months of research before I started this cycle, so you aren't telling me anything I haven't already heard and thought about. I guess now only time will tell!
 
I would have trained and dieted way longer bro with those lifts, you should not be touching aas. I hope we can steer you away, start pct right away and I will personally take my time to find your tdee, set up training and dieting for you and I promise you will put 50lbs on the bench, squat and deadlift within a year NATURALLY.

Your diet is overkill as well. You will gain a lot fat if you ate that much since your tdee must be around 2500 or so.

Here is a list of homework you should do immediately.

1) find your tdee, and set macros accordingly. Eat 250-300 above maintenance to lean bulk.

2) find a good novice training program. I highly recommend mark rippetoe starting strength.

3) do that for a year and move onto something like 5x5 and eat and train naturally for a while.

This isn't meant to be an insult. I have friends who have made that same mistake when we were 18-20 and majority regret it.

Alright, day four now, two injections in. I pinned quads both times, heated the test and took extra sterility precautions. Pip is not too bad, but the leg day i just had is making it a lot worse (soreness-wise.)

I guess I feel more testosterone-ish, I don't know how to describe it other than having more energy. It's nothing major yet.

First day lifting yesterday since I started. Had a solid chest-only workout
bench 5 sets of 8
incline DB press 4 sets of 8-12
DB flys 2 sets of 8-12 (decided that I didn't like this workout)
cable flys 5 sets 8-12
dips 3 sets 8

I've never done this much exercise on one body part before, but I somehow had the energy to get through it without pre-workout. I don't know if it was just a good day for me or the Test had something to do with it.

Thats all I have to report, I'll be back in a couple days when I start feeling it more.

I agree most of this except item #1. The OP is pretty light for his height. He needs a good bulk first. I'm not saying it's going to be lean & mean or pretty, but he needs the muscle mass first. I would be eating a lot.

His macros look pretty solid for bulk cycle for such a lean guy. His metabolism may be so fast that me may need more calories.

What is your split? This is too much for one bodypart. You need to be working on the basic lifts as the majority of your workout and a little isolation movements at the end.

Most guys are stunned when I tell them I only do around 10-12 sets total for each bodypart . Last chest workout was 6 sets bench with 6 sets dips , not counting 4 warm-up sets . But my intensity is high , with slow negatives and pause stop on each set .....

When doing this, are you using lighter weight or are you going heavy?

Just light enough I can manage 10 reps . Every other week though I will go heavy , 6 rep max on heavier weights . Every 3 months I revert back to powerlifting , fullbody workouts 3-5 reps . When you get stagnate its time for change .
 
don't listen to others who tell you to stop. keep going! I'm 19 and I just started my cycle of test e and I'm also currently doing a log.

cool! Glad to hear i'm not the only younger guy on here. What are your stats and what does your diet look like?
