I'm Canadian so yeah it's metric. This is a European test correct or non US right? In US we use standard measurement.. this is metric I believe correct?
I had assumed the high WBC was from hard training.Dude, HCT is high indeed but if you say you're not hydrated then i wouldn't worry much. Although, do you have any idea why your WBC is elevated? There's some sort of inflammation in your body. I would go check it again and do a hs CRP as well.
Thankyou. I'm going to see what the conversion is just so I can understand thise numbers better. Appreciate the replyI'm Canadian so yeah it's metric.

It might be worth looking further into though just to be safe...
I am still waiting on the Cystatin C test results.
I agree that donating is the fastest way to lower it. If I can add on to this, Naringin extract, ginger extract, and garlic extract work in conjunction to thin the blood, and lower hematocrit.I would donate blood. That is what i always did to keep my RBC and Hemo in check. Others have different opinion.
I am Canadian and have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get bloodwork reqs. The online service I use doesn't offer a CRP test... What could I say to my GP to get him to issue me a req for it? He's a old fart who's a bit dense and refused to issue me a req annually for a wellness check... I may take a deload or rest week and retest to see if WBC is still elevated, maybe will give some info ...I ve encountered elevated kidney markers and cpk of course from hard training but never WBC. Mine is around middle of the scale either as natty before either now that i'm on test. It might has to do with jabbing, because everytime you jab you create some inflammation from piercing the skin and penetrate the muscle fibers, maybe the oil quality and the solvants create some sort of inflammation. I hope it's not, but better safe than sorry. Check the CRP and write again. @readalot have you seen any elevated WBC due to hard training?
Feeling amazing and making great gains. My diet is very strict so I'm not really getting any bloat from the NPP, and Primo is working perfectly as an AI for me. NPP has made me insanely hungry and has for sure made my muscle bellies fuller than just test+primo. I'm up 20-30lbs on all compounds for reps, which is better strength gains so far than primo and test as well.Blood work aside, how are you feeling on this stack? I've been thinking about adding in NPP to my already test/primo cruise for a long time now.
Been reading very positive reviews about NPP and was planning to run half the cycle you are running now. 250 test / 200 primo / 150-200mg NPP.
Nothing notable yet. I have been more restless during the some nights but I am still sleeping well, other than that literally nothing. I was worried about mental sides like anxiety and depression from the NPP, but if anything it's made me more carefree and laidback.Sounds amazing. Any sides with the NPP?
Personally, no. Was this his first hard training session in a while? Obvious infection?@readalot have you seen any elevated WBC due to hard training?
In the short term would taking a deload and retesting WBC values shed some light on things? The test service I use does not offer CRP testing and it may be a pain in the ass to get a blood req from my GP.Personally, no. Was this his first hard training session in a while? Obvious infection?
Great recommendation on the hs-cRP test especially if OP runs this Hct all the time.
Repeat CBC with no lifting/exercise for 24 to 48 hr. That should rule out resistance training effect on WBC.In the short term would taking a deload and retesting WBC values shed some light on things? Define?I get higher WBC from seasonal allergies. Not really something I or my doctor ever cared about.
The night before I drew bloods I had a pretty brutal leg session, maybe that had some effect on the numbers.Repeat CBC with no lifting/exercise for 24 to 48 hr. That should rule out resistance training effect on WBC.
Did you perform an intense session right before this blood draw?
Acute leucocyte, muscle damage, and stress marker responses to high-intensity functional training
Background High-intensity functional training (HIFT) has become more popular, and the number of practitioners has increased; however, it remains unclear whether perturbations in the immune parameters occur, even after one single bout. Our aim was to examine acute leucocyte, muscle damage, and...journals.plos.org
