Hello everyone Hugh here, 36 male from the Midwest.
I train 6 days a week, currently on a tone down / cut after 2 months of more of a recomp after a few years of getting fat.
212 LB. About 15% BF. Currently eating 1900 - 2100 calories.
I usually don't post what I'm using but since this is a new spot why not.
Running 750mg Test C, 600 Mast E, weekly and 20mg Tren A daily throughout the workweek, and 100mg on Thursday and Fridays on no work days. (Absolutely love the feeling on it, but get insomnia sometimes which fucks my work day up the next day.
20mg Cialis pre workout.
Once I am down to about 8% BF I plan on increasing calories about 200 - 300 above maintenance and running 1250mg Test C, 600MG Mast E, 300mg NPP, for 8 weeks then Possibly (depending on BF and bloods) adding 2IU GH and Slin pre/post workout
I Eat clean and boring but I pre make my meals and it helps me keep on track.
Meal 1 is 3 eggs, and a pack of oatmeal.
Meal 2 is 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup of cooked instant rice with added raw onion
Meal 3 is 1 cup of milk, 1 scoop of whey protein powder 10mg creatine.
Meal 4 is same as meal 2
Meal 5 is intraworkout of 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup water, 1 scoop dextrose, 1 scoop protein powder.
Meal 6 2 cup skim milk, 2 scoop protein, 1 scoop dextrose, 10mg creatine.
Under 50grams of fat a day, somewhere around 200 grams of Carbs protein.
I'm kinda retarded, but love to read and ask questions.
Possibly in a year or so once I get my body to a spot where I am good I may be looking for a coach guide to help push me up to a freaky level. I can be great at following directions and guidance .
