Milk, for or against?

I have to make sure that I heard this absolutely correct because I know you were a big big big time milk drinker and I know from several of your posts that you had to run your test low because of a severe acne issue.
You stopped consuming dairy and red meat and are now able to run your Test high with no acne issues?
Beef found its way back in. 100% elimination of milk led to 100% elimination of acne. Crazy. Running a little over a gram of test and not a single zit

I've noticed when I consume a lot of milk my skin will be much more oily. Used to drink 3-4 gallons a week, I cut that down a lot and noticed my skin cleared up a lot. I drink around 2 1/2 now just because I like it and it mixes well with my whey

Does this include cultured milk and cheese?

Might have to give it a shot while I'm cruising. If it clears up, probably time to rethink the diet.

Don't know what I'm going to do without cheese though. Probably stay a lot leaner, haha. But damn do I love a good sharp cheddar burger.

Wow!!! That's great for you.
I have been very fortunate in that I never had acne. Not even as a teen and I've always been a big time milk drinker. I've run a gram of Test a week, in fact I'm running a gram a week at the moment along with Equipoise and drinking a gallon of 1% a day and I'm just not prone to acne I guess. My wife shaved my back with a razor once and I had zits covering my back for a month (not cystic like you get, just a million white heads) but I was told that was foliculitis and had nothing to do with the gear but I'll tell you it sucked so I'm sure you are relieved to have been able to eliminate it.
