Milk. What's your flavor?

For you milk drinkers, what are you drinking?

Whole?
2%?
1%?
Skim?

When i got back into training, i was tearing up the whole milk. Before i knew it, my pants size increased by 3. Not the desired effect i was looking for.

Switched to 1% thereafter and have been happy. Picked up some skim milk last night, and i gotta say, i like it, but it seemed to bloat my stomach pretty bad. Though that could have been exacerbated by the large dinner i had prior.

What's your preference? Any particular reason?
 
No place for it in my current diet, but my milk of choice is Water Buffalo milk. $4 for a liter from local farms where the water buffalos are grazing.

Fairlife’s skim is awesome, I drink that or their 1%. If I ever do regular milk, which is rarely, I do 1%.

This has always been something that bugs me. Unless it's different in other countries

Women have pant sizes, like 8, 10, 12

Men have measurements like 32", 34", 36"

I know you probably mean you had to get pants with a 3" bigger waist but just my pet peeve lol


Anyway, almond milk for sure. Dairy with the kind of lifting we do, no thanks
 
Fairlife skim, more protein less carbs and lactose free in terms of what's typically available at the grocer. Doesn't cause bloat and is "light" for lack of a better term. I think raw whole goats milk is the absolute for the body and gut but too expensive for regular consumption unless you have some farms nearby.
 
I get Unsweetened vanilla almond milk for 1.99 litre is not a bad price. I usually buy 10 at a time. I go through almost a full one in little over a day

33s always used to work like a champ. Now I range from 32 to 36 depending on the month lol
 
British fresh whole organic milk is what I do. About 1L per day, it feels amazing and definitely makes you gain good weight. One of my Star Meals consist of huge oats porridge with 500ml of this.
