Milk. What's your flavor?

I've been staying away from milk..the shit makes me bloat LOL. Been thinking about making the switch to almond milk when I do drink it. And to be honest I'd only use it for my shakes

It makes me bloat as well but, Fairlife doesn’t bloat me at all. That’s why I like it. I’m using the 1% and fat-free version.

I don't mean to go off topic here,, but can I ask any one of you how it is that milk bloats you up? Is it normally 2 percent milk that does it or skim milk?

Any milk really! My stomach sticks out and get bloated w gas. With the lactose removed, I don’t get the gas.
 
I'm off the moo-moo juice right now but I date fat girls and one put me up on whole milk and now I think 2% sucks, I'd rather just drink less whole milk. Her chunky ass called it "red cap milk" lol

I been drinking more 2% as it goes down better for me.
 
I had to give up milk because of the sugar. Doesn't mix well with gh. I switched to unsweetened vanilla almond milk, it sucked at first but I kinda enjoy it now.

Thats what I do. Shakes and after the occasional raid on a jar of peanut butter or some protien pankakes. The unsweetened vanilla and the almond/coconut blend are my favorites.
