Ladies and Gentlemen,

welcome to my way to become a mutant :)

At first, I would like to make clear that I am no native speaker, please be lenient :)


so, lets start: my Nickname is Mishka, I do come from germany and I am 32 years old.
I started my "journey" around 13 years ago. To that time I was just a "skinny kid" (I don't even have any pictures of it, because I disliked my body that much :D... I should maybe ask my parents, if they have any "before gym" pictures of me - I am sure they do).
I did start, maybe like most people, with a friend of mine and we just "moved the weights", no logbook, no eating schedule, no workout schedule, just doing the movements - having fun. To that time I did also say: "Eat on a schedule? Carry tupperware with me? No alcohol on the weekends? Hahaha, I want to live my life and do whatever I want."

After like a year, my friend got to know a new girl, so he stopped working out - like many people do.

My goal here was just to get my weight up to be "more sturdy" and not that easy to "push around", I weighed like 58 kgs / 128 lbs with a height of 1.73m / 5'8".
I wanted to get to something like 70 kgs / 154 lbs.

My father was working out as a teenager to - and when I started working out, he told me: "Son, never stop working out - not for women, not for work, for nothing - I did the mistake myself, when a new girl came around, I stopped working out, when we broke up, I started from the beginning. When it was summer, I wanted to ride with my motorcycle friends all day, and stopped working out, in the winter, I started from the beginning."
And this words, like you can read here, have always been in my mind. One time, a girl said "The gym or me!" and I told her that she gotta live with it, or leave me. Spoiler: she stayed with me anyway.

So I worked out with my father, for like another 2 years maybe, he got an impingement on one side, got it fixed, and then on the other side, and stopped working out completely.

I'd be around like 70-80 kgs / 154-176 lbs - my goal was to get to 90 kgs / 200 lbs.

It was around this time, I got to a new gym, around new people, and got to know someone who called himself an "athlete" - fyi he never became anything near successful and eventually stopped working out completely too. But he has been the one, who introduced me to the darkside. I was interested in steroids before, so I read forums, watched many youtube videos and asked people around me, also him. He then sold me like 3 vials of Test E (iirc from some lab called "Cambridge" something) - as I was young and did not have much money, I asked my father for the money, and he gave it to me. Knewing what I am gonna buy and do. My father then told me that he also took steroids when he was younger :D ... I thought that been funny to hear.

So I started my steroid journey, again with a new "higher goal", I wanted to be 100 kgs / 220 lbs. I started doing test only, and swore to myself I'd never do anything beside test only - little did I know :D ...

I eventually got up to 100 kgs / 220 lbs - but with sloppy form / high bf - but I just chased scale weight - so I got up to like 111 kgs / 244 lbs and thought to myself, I look like a big pile of lard... :D

So I did my first cut, iirc it was around that time, I started to experiment with other steroids. Then bulked up again and cut down again, like year after year, same procedure.

Long story short, I did always want more and more and more weight and better form - so I am currently sitting at around 125 kgs / 276 lbs and want to get up to like 140 kgs / 309 lbs to cut down to around 115-120 kgs / 253-264 lbs sub 10% bodyfat.

And if anyone got any questions, criticism or ideas, I am happy to read them. Just post in here :)

In the end, I looked through my phone, and found some pictures - more new than old, but still, some old.

Please monitor your blood pressure. That is a LOT of weight to put on a 5'8, 128 lb. frame. Wish you the best!
never did. Using 5 mg Nebivolol and 80 mg Telmisartan every evening. Would you say I should monitor it anyway? I mean, because I do not have anything to compare it to.

If so, may I ask, which company would you recommend? I had 1 or 2 wrist monitors, but they both where shitty - I measured like 5-10 times and every measurement was way off of the others, like they did not work well. Not just slightly off.

Yes, monitor it anyway. Your cardio system and kidneys will thank you. You don't need anything to compare it to, just the standard 120/80 reading. I have a generic Walgreens wrist cuff that is dead-nuts-on to the reading my doc gets but there are many good ones out there for cheap.

Hoping to get big by doing that... lol. I do also got a new manufacturer / lab now, as Liska shut down and I needed a new source. Hope it is a good one too.
But I guess I gotta introduce GH at some point this year maybe... never did b4 and I want to get freaksize huge... like IFBB pro size.

This is a FUCK TON of insulin man. What’s your fasted and post-prandial glucose like? 30iu per meal not sending you hypoglycemic would be a miracle to not already be atleast in prediabetic ranges.

This whole protocol is extreme overkill, top to bottom.

I never monitored tbh.

I just went by look and feel. Been heavier and sloppier before insulin, so I thought it’s working. But like you guys react, I guess I am diabetic by now.

Hmm, maybe - sadly I always chased the IFBB pro off season look and never achieved it. Just constantly feeling too small and too fat which lead me to those dosages.

you can be whoever you want and eat what you want but it's impossible to manage 30 units per meal, don't you even use GH then?

No GH yet. Only MK.
But I am eating like 200 grams of carbs plus per meal and around a 1000 a day, approx.
 
Just always thought those mega dosages are what it takes and pro‘s are just not honest because the want to protect their viewers or not get them pro big.

Like McCarver death cycle - I thought that is what all pros do tbh.

And I’ve been dumb enough to trust Taeian‘s article that insulin never made someone diabetic in over a hundred years - so I thought there is no risk to get diabetic tbh.

I don't mean it as an insult, it just sounds like you're chasing more and more mass. It's never enough and you chase more. At the same time, you're not checking your BP or taking basic measures to ensure you don't drop dead one day... idk man.

I am pretty sure, that nails it. My wife also told me often enough that I will never be satisfied, even if I could reach Ramy size for example... :<

Are you trying to be an IFBB pro or just be IFBB pro size…?
Just the size, off season wise. Like Ramy 340 lbs, or like Ruhl or someone that size. Not even needs to be in a very good shape. Just huge with some kind of flat / low circumference midsection.
Would even use synthol, to bloat some muscles up. Look like a cartoon guy, the gears of war type or something. Rich Piana mutant freak look.

Why 1500 Mast E? 3000 Test is much better for your goals than 1500 T and 1500 Mast. Masteron shines at a low body fat with its cosmetic effects.

Just expirementing tbh.

Never tried Mast in a bulking protocol, thats the solely reason. Thought DHT may be a nice addition.

Also I saw Chase Iron blowing up from 1:1 Test:Mast - but that will be mostly the Serostim / Slin = IGF1 :D
 
1.5G test and slin, without running GH kind of sounds like overkill man


I've read GH is almost a mandatory if youre going to be running more than 1g test and/or slin
