There IS a right way and a wrong way wrong way to do this, where health is definitely taken into consideration.

for the older generation, like my parents, smoking was and still is normal. However, they all advocate “DON’T SMOKE”. Wonder why that is…. They are well aware it is bad for you, but addiction is also real.

Lol because it was advertised as cool and even healthy at one point. For my generation its those damn sports drinks, they never mentioned how much sugars are in there.
 
@Mishka1903 have you seen the @ChaseIrons thread on here? First 15 or so pages is a shit show but then chase shows up and clears the air of some things.

I feel like if you wanted to chase mutant status while absolutely abusing drugs and getting yuuuuge.. that’s a decent model to see how he simultaneously monitors health while being “reckless”.

Right now you’re just reckless, his method, although nothing I’d consider an approach to longevity, would be a huge step in the right direction for you.


Be a shame if you died way before you reached your goal. Or became too fucked up to continue chasing your goal.

1.5G test and slin, without running GH kind of sounds like overkill man


I've read GH is almost a mandatory if youre going to be running more than 1g test and/or
Just expirementing tbh.

Never tried Mast in a bulking protocol, thats the solely reason. Thought DHT may be a nice addition.

Also I saw Chase Iron blowing up from 1:1 Test:Mast - but that will be mostly the Serostim / Slin = IGF1 :D
Hgh and igf1 with the insulin will get you where you want to go. I’ve fucked with everything with cycles going up to the 3000 mgs range. Then I added insulin to a 1500 mgs per week test only cycle and I got bigger and stronger than I’ve been of any other cycle. Went from 220 lbs to 240lbs and broke every pr I’ve ever had. This year will be my first season I will be using insulin and I can’t wait to start the hgh with it. I’ll be following. Hope to see you running hgh and igf 1 soon.
 
My current stack:

1500 mg Test E
1500 mg Mast E
300 mg Eq (for nutrient partitioning, maybe a big appetite increase and "look")
30 mg MK677 before bed
5 mg Nebivolol before bed
80 mg Telmisartan before bed
20 mg Cialis before bed
100 IU Abasaglar (Lantus) in the morning
30 IU Apidra to every meal

Hoping to get big by doing that... lol. I do also got a new manufacturer / lab now, as Liska shut down and I needed a new source. Hope it is a good one too.
But I guess I gotta introduce GH at some point this year maybe... never did b4 and I want to get freaksize huge... like IFBB pro size.
You need to switch to real hgh at least 3-5iu. Get blood work, at least mid, post cycle. With those doses you absolutely need a bp cuff and monitor blood pressure daily. Bp is the silent killer. You're huge and thats very hard on the heart. Keep it at or below 130/80. The occasional 140/90 as long as it comes down back to at least 130/80.
You need a glucose monitor for sure. I'm diabetic and haven't gone over 50iu lantus, 15 iu novalog each meal. Sometimes it's 40-50iu novalog depending on carb intake and how insulin resistant the hgh is making me.

Don't over look the monitoring part of your journey! If you feel you must take those doses then you must get the simple tech to monitor your bp and sugars.

No fun being huge and not paying attention to these things or your journey may be a short one.

You look pretty amazing size wise. Keep doing your cut cycles even if it's just short enough to get the fat down. And take 8-10 week breaks between cycles. I'm guessing you'd need to cruise on 400-500mg of test to hold your size but even that dose will be a break. Maybe test the waters and see if you can hold everything for 8 wks at only 200mg. I just found out I can do 9 weeks at 140mg and still be fine. After 9 weeks I start to get a little nervous due to looking flat for so long. But it only takes a week or 2 and im back ( short esters ). You gotta come down and give your body time to be somewhat close to normal for health.

PS push them calves hard at least 2x a week. Just imagine your build with some massive calves! Your calves should be approximately the same size as your arms for good symmetry.

I did, up to this point, never use Synthol or any kind of fillers - mostly cause I don't want to look messed up like some people do, I'd like to have some synthol pro that could push up everything equally, so it's symmetric. Also I hate the idea to pin so many ml's of Synthol everyday (I heard you gotta to it like every day?)

Agreed with Bolo. I vote "no" on synthol or SEO.

Take care of yourself @Mishka1903 . Invest some time/$$ in yourself (if possible) to get accurate BP monitoring system and some bloodwork. Happy to answer any questions you have on tests. Do you have access to some heart surveillance as well...ekg, echo?

Ummmm, long time ago I did some kind of "Powerlifting" for myself, no perfect technique or something, just from YouTube videos.

My best's back then being:

Squat 280 kg's / 617 lbs
Bench 180 kg's / 396 lbs
Deadlift 270 kg's / 595 lbs

so nothing to special.

I trained legs yday and heard a song that hyped me up, so I thought let's see what you can Deadlift - I always liked Deadlift (hated squat and bench)

I deadlifted 200 kg's for 1 ... it wasn't easy, but also no real / true 1RM I guess - I just wanted to see what is still possible without hurting myself :D ... as I am just tryin gto become huge and strong - not strong and huge... :D haha

Haha, yea - I am trying to find a way :D ...

you mean you vote for not using it?

That is what I mean, I would really only use it, if someone who is very knowledgeable / have enhanced people with it multiple times and they look good. Never ever going to shoot it myself and look awkward :D ... So I guess I'll stay away from it for life, don't know any1 in person who ever used synthol/any SEO or any1 who knows one in person who did it :D
