MK-677

Started on 25mg/night on Monday 4/10... bloods to come around 5/10. Little disrupted sleep first couple nights and deep sleep the last 2. But honestly, I'm guessing that's all placebo. No other "sides" yet, but I guess I'll know more next week. Hopefully it's not bunk altogether and I just wasted time and money :D

That's what I'm taking... international peptides had a good deal, $100 for 30 ml (50mg/ml). But it kinda sounds too good to be true so we'll see if it's real or dosed accurately. I'm sure there is some international source that has tabs, I'm just impatient, so I figured I'd try this

I hope it works out for you.

Sure dig up all the studies you want, would love to read them. Let me know who paid for the studies and where they were done and by who. If you cant find the answer to that then the study means little to me.. You are far from obese @mands nice try lol Im obese on those BULLSHIT bmi charts. Give us a break, all my points are valid. Never been a study guy, most are bullshit paid for by supplement companies under un scientific guidelines. And others on gear hardly correlate to what we do. And here is something you can all shove in your syringe @Ripped The entire sport of bodybuilding for the most part is bro science! All the studies done on muscle growth, diet, training and gear was bro science first then proven by studies/science. Take a look and what your science said about what we do in the 1960"s then tell me how bro science is bullshit. Non of use would even be doing what we do for not bro science. In no way am i saying MK77 is bs, just saying this study has multiple un answered questions and variables.

I agree there are many different variables but they can in some instances give us some Idea how the substance work. I have no experience with mk-677 so all I can do is research it and give it a try. Anyway good day to you bro.

I bought a bottle of it, havnt used it yet. Interested in trying it for its benefits and also for appetite. And yes studies can definitely be eye opening, I just thought it was funny that the study was done on a bunch of fat fucks that dont train or eat right. lol

You can easily look through and find what group and who paid for the studies.

Yes it's always good to see who, why and when the studies were performed. What points were valid? Your statement about taking sugar out out of your diet will give a greater change in IGF-1? Lol Or the fact you didn't read the third study and you calling the participants "fat fucks" in all the studies? Which they all were not.

Here is another one for you. Healthy men and young. Not fat and younger than you too. :)

Another question for you! Where do you think all these PED's come from? Science or "bro-science"? Let me know when your "bro-science" makes a leap in the drug industry for preformanc enhancing drugs. I'm all in.

Does sugar effect insulin? would someone eating sugar all day ie junk have higher insulin?
Does insulin correlate to igf 1 production? I would say its a factor. How much sugar was in the diet of the subjects? what was their insulin levels? Yes I think removing high amounts of sugar ie junk from a diet would allow lower insulin and higher hgh which would possibly result in higher igf production.
Let me know what compound was developed by science to be stacked together with other steroids and HGH to promote freakish sized muscle and strength. Let me know when insulin is prescribed or recommended by a Dr for muscle growth stacked with hgh and t3. Let me know what medical journal a steroid stack exists and what the doses are. Hey if its all out there in studies why are we wasting are time asking questions about gear, dosages and protocol?
If its all about studies then we could just read a few studies, one size fits all right? of course not! Science created the compounds and "bro science" took it to the next level. Sure some bro science is nonsense, so is the notion that the medical and clinical professionals are experts on what we do. The medical community cant even get TRT right lol How many drugs are taken off the market each year because after they are applied in the real world people fucking die? the answer sadly is a lot due to the fact that the studies are not really what they appear to be or the results were fudged. Most studies have an agenda. jeez just look at all the studies over the years about vitamin c.
Ha my knee wraps have been in the gym longer then most people in any gym and most posting on this forum. Funny most the guys from the 1990's have hung up there lifting gear and are long gone from the gym and training, Im still here killing it. We didnt have forums or studies or websites full of gear like a candy store, there weren't even personal trainers. Its amazing how far its come. Anyhow Ill read the study from Oxford and thanks for the info.

You are on the right track but low glycemic diets actually decrease the bioavailability of free IGF-1. This is why we add a lot of carbs and sugars while running high amounts of GH.

So lowering your sugar as you stated would have greater change in raising IGF-1 than MK-677 would actually have the opposite effect. Right?

I never said that "broscience" anecdotal evidence wasn't helpful. It is but you making a blanket statement that it's the end all be all is ludicrous. I don't give a crap how old you are.

I started lifting in the 80's and I haven't hung it up. Science and research were available. It was called the library ;) It's definitely easier these days to find info that's for sure.

And as far as studies yes some can have an agenda. Some don't it's up to you to figure that out.

Been on mk from all American for a while@60mg. Got the extreme hunger at first, now it is calmed down. Get crazy dreams and now since I have added tren it's been worse. I like the compound and will continue to use it and it defiantly has its place. A nice 25mg/day with 2mg of cjc a week would be a great stack for all around health. Saw a few people who took bloods on 2iu of pharma gh and then came off and ran mk with the cjc and the numbers were comparable. I'll see if I can find the blood work this week sometime

Not even sure if my shit is legit... I'm not really getting numb or tingly hands yet. Little bit of cramping but I don't even think it's from that shit. Hunger has subsided beginning today, which I believe is supposed to happen, but who knows

Since running hgh with the most benefit would be about 6 months how long has anyone run MK? Would running it for say 30 to 60 days even make an effect? or would 6 months to a year be more Ideal?

Oh Ive figured it out lol but thanks for the response.

Update: first weigh-in since this cycle started, up 9 lbs to 238 consistent with water retention from MK (test/deca cycle started 4/7 so doubtful much is from that yet). Sleep has improved immensely after day 6. Hunger has leveled off a bit this week, not ravenous but above normal. Little bit of hand cramping, not much. Will update every few days or once a week

I feel like you need to get laid, man...

We get it, you're the old guy in the gym who shadow boxes by himself in front of the dumbbells, then walks over to critique any female's form whenever possible.

Take a chill pill, and realize you are asking for "things" that most likely will never occur, such as the medical community backing and supporting the usage of AAS and other drugs solely for muscle growth.

You're smart enough to realize that there aren't studies out there for all possible drug usages, and that's largely due to the fact of FUNDING. No one will fund a study just to prove a point/process/procedure that will not become approved and make them money.
