You are on the right track but low glycemic diets actually decrease the bioavailability of free IGF-1. This is why we add a lot of carbs and sugars while running high amounts of GH.
So lowering your sugar as you stated would have greater change in raising IGF-1 than MK-677 would actually have the opposite effect. Right?
I never said that "broscience" anecdotal evidence wasn't helpful. It is but you making a blanket statement that it's the end all be all is ludicrous. I don't give a crap how old you are.
I started lifting in the 80's and I haven't hung it up. Science and research were available. It was called the library
It's definitely easier these days to find info that's for sure.
And as far as studies yes some can have an agenda. Some don't it's up to you to figure that out.
