We get it, you're the old guy in the gym who shadow boxes by himself in front of the dumbbells, then walks over to critique any female's form whenever possible.

Take a chill pill, and realize you are asking for "things" that most likely will never occur, such as the medical community backing and supporting the usage of AAS and other drugs solely for muscle growth.

You're smart enough to realize that there aren't studies out there for all possible drug usages, and that's largely due to the fact of FUNDING. No one will fund a study just to prove a point/process/procedure that will not become approved and make them money.

I mean seriously take a deep breath and get with your diet and training, maybe consider doing legs more then once a month, benching and curls twice a week isn't cutting it for you. You're probably that guy that talks in the gym about gear non stop when you should be training. Advice! less yapping and more training.

Wtf is your problem? How the fuck do you know what his goals are? Maybe he does physique or that's the look he is going for.

In the end it doesn't matter, he never asked for your opinion so shut the fuck up and show a little respect. If he ask for your opinion, sure give it, until then do everyone a favor and keep your opinions to yourself.

I like you, and for some reason I am feeling particularly friendly and I will answer/address your comments/concerns.

No, I'm not 180lbs, in that picture I'm hovering around 227lbs, or so, if I remember correctly.

I do legs 2x a week right now, for a while it was 3x a week. I'm not sure why you'd even mention my legs, as they aren't in my avatar. Here you will find a photo of my legs that I "do not train", apologies on the awkward red skin tone, I was sick (still am) and was sweating my DICK off. As you can see, I have ZERO vascularity, size and/or blockiness in my calves :rolleyes::rolleyes:

I honestly CANNOT remember the last time I talked about gear in the gym, truthfully. That's not my style. I've been approached about it countless times, probably due to who some of my friends are, and who I train with, and maybe even myself (I don't know, trying this modesty thing out today).

My diet and training? Well, my training is put together by John Meadows, give him a call if you find his methods unsatisfactory, I am sure he will respect your opinion, as, you're somebody, right? Diet, well, again, talk to John as it's modeled after his Universe diet, which, he happened to take the title with.

You can try and talk shit about the "amount I bench", but, honestly, you could use more time under the bar.... Your conditioning is good, but, unfortunately there appears to be next to zero muscle to reveal... I'd be glad to suggest some ways to improve your overall wideness within your shoulders, as well as some techniques to fill in your chest, if you'd like.

I used to have somewhat similar ones to those! I actually liked his curtain choice. It's clear the guy has knowledge as to how to train, but, he also is delusional when he implies that others here (potentially myself) do not... I don't know everything, but, I've picked up a little bit, here and there :)

I agree with the curtain statement as well...but sadly I can only have clear, transparent shower curtains :( wife played too many practical jokes on me. She threw large pot fulls of ice cold water on me while I was in the shower:eek:

Now with the see through curtain I can see her coming and spray her with the removable shower head:p

To put the thread somewhat back on track. Who all has used mk-677? How does it compare to gh? Does it suppress/shut down natural gh production if so how long?
