Today was a productive high volume day.
I’ve still been hitting all my days in the gym which is good. Though I am starting to feel a little rundown from no sleep, working a lot, and of course Tren. I have also been fighting off some serious pip this last week. The gears a little hot and a couple mistakes on my part.

So two more weeks! I have enough Tren and NPP for one more week and enough Mast E for Two more weeks. I’m running then Mast and Hgh pretty high right now and the Tren and NPP moderately low.

I am making nice size gains still but Strength has stalled out and I’m ready for a week off after this blast.
 
I feel you brother NPP is prob one of my favorite and I cycled it my last two blasts.
Yeah man pcom mix 3 is with Deca not NPP.
(200mg Test E, 200mg Deca, 100mg Tren E)
Only Two 1.5 ml injections a week, Monday and Friday sounds amazing and packs a punch as far a dosage goes.

This Pcom mix 3 looks interesting. I wonder if that will have much pip?

There gear usually always tests good , and I have had pretty good luck with pcom as far a pip goes. There bold 500 had zero pip, same with there mast 300, and test e 300. I also enjoyed there mix 2 but is had a little bite to it! This was years ago and it was all from basic. I think they had some crazy promo spend $700 get $500 free. So that mix 3 has been sitting for a minute.

why do dips and chins in with legs? your routines have been very body part specific that I have noticed

Sorry for leaving everyone hanging that was following my log. I took some personal time and I had a fucking blast doing it. I went close to 14 weeks without drinking any alcohol, impressive for me! So I went back to Philly for a wedding, went to two concerts at a Red Rocks and rolled my ass off!! Haha, I also went mtn biking in Moab for a few days and went to a cpl of baseball games as well.

As for the cycle, I hit the wall and tapped out on week 12. I felt like shit and strength gains where non existent. I was sore, weak, irritable and lethargic as hell. Heartburn was terrible even while eating 300mg of Tagamet ed along with a hand full of tums barely helped at all. I had raccoon eyes from only getting 3 hours of sleep a night for twelve weeks. No exaggeration only 3 hours!! Not healthy!! This was truly an experiment that sort of backfired on me. Yeah I was running a lot of gear but the dosages we’re low. The first six weeks I was only running 300mg of NPP, 250mg Tren, 300mg of Test and 400 mg of masteron. Definitely not big gain dosages. The last six weeks was more of the same except I raised the Tren to 400 mg, NPP 375mg and Mast to 600mg. Still not big gain dosages. The only thing that saved me was around week 8-9 I switched from Test E to C.

I didn’t want to walk away without any gains so I upped the Test C to 625mg and started eating as much as possible. I kept everything I had gained plus added some good size as well. The trade off was a little fat gain and bloat which is cool with me. It’s my favorite time of the year hoodie season. More importantly the aspens are changing and mtn biking is fucking epic in Colorado this time of year. Lol, im gonna bridge right into snowboarding season too!! These are my life cycles and body building will always take a back seat to these activities. Staying active and having fun has always been my mantra. I’ll be turning 46yrs old in a couple months and I feel and look better then I have in my entire life, but it’s takes a lot of hard work and discipline to live this lifestyle of mine.
Two jobs, bad sleep, still finding time to hit the gym five days a week, while snowboarding and mountain biking 2-3 week.
Smoking weed everyday, going to concerts when I please and juggling a girlfriend to boot, all while creeping closer to 50 yrs old.

I would like to run a low volume strength program for the next 4 months while I cruise.
Something that only requires 4 days a week.
I was planning on running Tren E, Deca, Test for my next blast but this Tren run has me really reconsidering using Tren On back to back cycles, again not healthy. If I can source some good moderately priced primo that would be a better option for me. Right now I’m thinking about something like this...

Starting Jan 1, 2019 for 16 weeks
Test E @ 500mg
Primo E @ 700mg

Weeks 1-10 NPP @ 450mg
Weeks 1-4 Anadrol @ 75mg
Weeks 11-16 Anavar @ 100mg

Well deserved. Glad everything is alright and going well brother. You killed it this blast ! Take a break from the tren. As amazing as it is... take a break. I’m forcing myself to do the same in a week when I start my blast. It will be completely outta the picture next cycle.

It’s ironic that this shit show was my first ever log. Some times you have to improvise and make due when things dont always go as planned. Tren is the ultimate solidifyer of gains and that’s how I plan on utilizing it in the future. Short blasts as a finisher.
Six weeks @ 500-600mg. Hit it and quit it!!
I’ll definitely be following your blast. Your a beast bro! You push hard and your cruise workouts shit on a lot of guys blast workouts.
I’m still interested in hopping on a meadows program too. Any suggestions?

Is there specific body parts you want to work on or a set number of days per week you wanna hit the gym? Answers to those two questions would narrow it down a lot Program wise.
