I’ve been super busy with both jobs so I haven’t checked in for a minute. I have finally reached Week #10. I’ve been hitting it hard the last five weeks and I’m started to feel a little worn down. My sleep is absolute shit!! I’m lucky to maybe get 4 hours a night. I’m adding one xtra week, so three to go!!

Today was supposed to be an off day but decided to go in for a light leg day and a little ab work. By the end of it my legs were nice and pumped with lots of veins popping. My cardio has been non existent this whole blast besides riding my bike to work a few times a week. I just got my bike tuned up so I plan on riding quite a bit once I’m off the Tren. I’m looking forward to my upper body power day tomorrow.

Hey bro I’ve read this entire log and even though I started reading a few weeks after you started it, I just wanna say that it is a great example of how obstacles can get in the way of our goals. We can let these obstacles slow us down, but never stop us.
You have been a great example of overcoming obstacles when they arise and pushing through to get to your goals. (Or crazy af lol :p)
To be honest, after the shit you went through at first, I would have probably stopped my cycle and tried to figure something else out lol.
But in general, for me anyway, when reading through this log it’s a lesson in overcoming.
I commend you for all your hard work and determination to reach your goals.
We all have obstacles, big or small, that we have to face in order to reach our goals. We can give up or we can overcome. That’s basically the choice we have.
Hopefully we all choose to get to our goals, by push through, determination, and hard fuckin work!

Haha yeah I don’t sleep for shit last few weeks on tren. You may have actually built up such a tolerance to caffeine that it doesn’t affect you. I’m weening down right now in prep for quitting coffee next Monday when deload ends. Going back to a preworkout powder as part of basically copying @FourOneDeuxFitt ’s periworkout protocol. I was at 10 cups a day until last week.

Performance and gains are simply unaffected on little sleep while on tren. I feel tired and irritable but still super pumped and strong. But it will be great for you when you sleep all night long a few nights removed from tren.

Yeah Tren is a hell of a drug! But my sleep has been fucked for close to ten years. I love coffee and go thru the ritual of grinding and pressing every morning, usually only two cups. Ha, I can only drink coffee in the morning though. I’ve been taking these caffeine pills from nutrabio for years. There 200mg each, Ill take 2-4 ed! Then the days I workout I take nutrabio pre, which by the way is the best pwo there is. But it has like 350 mg of caffeine. :oops: Points is it adds up!
Yes I have a tolerance now.

I hear ya man, it’s totally ritualistic. I’ve got 6 cups brewing right now, first thing in the morning. That will be tough habit to break. I think all of us that get into all this are highly addictive personalities.

I’ll take a look at nutrabio. Amount of caffeine will only matter if I’m training evenings, but fall semester starting in 3 weeks I should be able to start training 2-3pm. I love that time. My gym now at 5pm is insanely crowded ugh
 
Well guys @DrankSlangin @Morefyah im just as guilty I slam two of those Bang energy drinks a day that’s 300mg a pop and sometimes working nights grab an espresso from the Cuban spot down the street and it’s real espresso no fake shit lol so who knows what’s in that I sip that for hours and I’m good. If I drink it all at one I get anxiety hahaha

Haha yep real espresso is the shit and will keep you up for hours.

I know I have been doing some pretty high volume injections, but it finally catching up. Fuck, I’ve got one glute down and the fact that I’ve still never pinned my quads :oops:, yeah yeah. I hurting!! I love you SP but your gear is killing me! I must have gotten that same batch of stingy Test E that was going around.

I’ve never ever gotten pip from Test E but I pinned 1ml in my Vent glute yesterday, just Test E alone and it lit me up!! I have been limping around all day and had issues putting on my socks, not cool. My Delt injection from Monday is still hurting pretty bad and today’s delt injection lit me up again.. wtf just raising my arm in the air hurts. Anyway two more weeks and no more pip and finally get sleep, glorious sleep!
