I was curious if the diet you shared early on is basically what you repeat every day or if you switch it up day to day...if you switch it up I would love to hear what you eat over the course of a week or so as a vegetarian. I was amazed by your protein intake as a vegetarian - were you able to get up there as a vegan too?

So tired I’m glad I was able to power thru!
Today’s workout was ok considering I crashed my E2, though kinda on purpose. I’ve been dealing with a gyno flare the last 3 weeks. As I mentioned about a week ago it’s old and comes and goes when on blast and usually completely dissipates once back on cruise. No pain, no swelling, no itchiness. I pretty much crushed it again using some RC Letro and Ralox. Also just picked up some pharma Ralox to hopefully seal the deal this last month of my blast. The only aromatizing compounds I have been using is 300mg Test and 375mg of NPP, luckily enough I wasn’t dumb enough to follow the new trend of no AI until you have symptoms or this could have been worse. With these low dosages even 1mg of adex a week wasn’t enough. Don’t run a AI until you have symptoms my ass!! Better safe then sorry..

Dammmnnnn boyy that's a lot of volume lol. Nice job - hope you can get yourself to a comfortable E2/Test for the remainder of the cycle. Keep it up!

Solid as always! Does your connective tissue hurt when you crash e2? I know mine did last year when my test was 3600 and e2 was 8.

AI is so different for everyone. I take 0.5mg e3d just on my 200mg TRT. Usually increased to EOD on blast. Personally I like my e2 in the high 30s and those doses do it for me.

Yeah man that’s a good way to describe it as far a joints go. I agree everyone is different when it comes to using an AI. Its funny because most people’s biggest fear is sexual dis function and raising bad cholesterol? My labido is still on point even though my E2 is in the gutter. I have mentioned before that bad joints and cognitive function is what really takes a hit.

100% agree with the elevated E2 being a much bigger health risk than elevated test; I also think that really low E2 is a bigger health risk than elevated test with a correct ratio of E2. My first couple of cycles I definitely overused AIs and I didn't get the level of results I wanted but I also never had the really rough side effects people talk about (joint pain, severe fatigue, etc.). However, the bloods showed it to be the case. Since then, I am really cautious with the AIs - I won't wait until symptoms appear but I do my best to control it with diet and not take more than 1 mg Adex per week. Currently I'm on 625mg Sust with between .5 and 1 mg Adex per week depending on how I am feeling and if I see any excess water retention start to develop. It is a tough balance to attain though - its just so damn unpredictable sometimes.

I agree with all three of you guys on this subject. I had mentioned to @Morefyah i accidentally crashed my e2 a few weeks back. I had started to see signs in my left nip so I use liquid letro and boy did I fuck Up dosing it and of course didn’t realize until after the fact. For a solid 4 days I legit has absolutely no energy from morning to night. Brain was completely fogged and felt like a damn zombie. If I sat still for a few minutes I’d be asleep haha. First time I’ve ever screwed up like that. Normally .5mg of adex 2-3 times a week works well for awhile. But, normally when tren comes into play I have to up the dose or start taking it daily. Haven’t had any issues with NPP or even moderate test. It’s always with the damn tren. A bit of e2 as we all know is beneficial for our final product of our cycle and to add I believe I feel a hell of a lot better with it not staying extremely low as well too. I’m not a fan of caber. I’ve never needed it and hope I never do. Like @Jackreature said it’s hit or miss. We don’t consistently run the same compounds let alone the same doses cycle after cycle to stay completely dialed in and if your not getting blood work done or never have good luck. It’s literally rolling the dice.

What makes it even more fucked up is that our bodies are never the same either - so even if we ran the same compound(s) at the same dose with the exact same diet, etc. etc. etc. we could still need more or less AI. For me, its really become something that's forced me to learn how to be more in tune with my body on a daily, even hourly, basis. That is the only way I can manage it close to appropriately but sometimes a few days go by and I haven't thought about it much cause, ya know, life happens and I look down and I'm developing cankles lol.

Very well said, I agree 100%. Another reason why blood testing is so critical. AIs are strong as fuck and dosing can vary wildly from person to person. Definitely affects gains but more importantly affects health risks.

My E2 was in the dirt yesterday. I was so sore and lethargic, all I wanted to do was sleep. So I had to skip leg day. On top of that I also had a crazy night at work and didn’t get home until 5:00am. I didn’t sleep for shit and still felt like my E2 was way low when I woke up. Thanks god for caffeine!!

I didn’t get motivated to go to the gym until around 5:00pm, but I made it and ended up have a pretty productive workout. I might make up my lost leg day tomorrow, which is usually an off day. Or not! ;)
