I have enough Tren to finish the week. Though oddly enough I had placed a small order with RandR a few weeks ago for some, Tren, NPP and Var. Which obviously I didn’t receive. That was going to be my finisher.

So if that doesn’t pan out I’ll just finish with what I have. I still have enough Var to run now if I wanted too, plus I have bunch of other goodies in the stash. I’ve only been on for 6 weeks so not sure if my myostatin if super elevated, and I’ve only been running the Tren @ 280mg wk. The Tren has made it hard to put on any mass. This is my second blast of the year with my first only being 10 weeks. Staying positive, staying focused!!
 
The pip juice pictures were instant classics. I personally couldn’t do that much less do it twice. Your body took a beating give it a rest and come back to blast again in a couple months.
Oh I pulled pip juice out of there much more then twice. The truth is it might have just been blood? Idk? There was no infection and I doubt I killed any sort of infection just by draining it, because I never used antibiotics?

Of course man, we all inspire each other. Your battle with DHB has been inspiring to me, the reason being it’s a roadblock you must battle through. I have my own bumps in the road to battle and reading about other experiences gets me fired up to blast through my own.

After 6 weeks your myostatin is high but isn’t at the level yet where LBM gains are impossible. Although given the power of tren, you’d think it would raise myostatin higher than any other AAS. It really sucks more studies have not been done on this.

That was a little bit more volume then my program suggests but it’ll work! My cardio is still kinda shitwith this cold, It was nice to actually feel close to a 100%. I was planning on taking off yesterday went in for a little cardio and ab work. I just wanted to get a hour in, it was really mellow. Tomorrow is supposedly lower body power day. Right now my legs are feeling good. I just don’t want to put much strain or pressure on my glutes.
You guys have any suggestions?

hmm.... doing legs and not hitting glutes
That rules out squats, leg press, lunges, hack squat, leg curls, deatlifts.
It's really hard to do anything for legs and not use glutes. Maybe the girly machines. The thigh squeeze, or Leg extensions, leg curls is about the only thing I can think of. you could bomb calves
 
I actually did a few light leg exercises yesterday. Moderately heavy leg presses are a go! So are heavy standing and seated calf raises. I have the mobility and strength for squats and dead’s. I just don’t want to push it yet.

I wouldn’t rush your glute back in my opinion, I’d stay off legs until it’s good. Maybe murder your calves.

It did feel good man! Finally no pip, no leg strain. It’s like a normal cycle again, besides the goose egg on my ass! :eek: I definitely don’t want to aggravate that glute or cause a sort of hemorrhage.

I would just give your legs another full week honestly. If anything smash some leg extensions, destroy calves, and if your feeling up to it give Leg presses a go and just stay in whatever range of motion that’s comfortable. Incorporate drop sets, iso holds, rest pause sets. There’s a lot of variables you can use with just a couple exercises to make a solid workout. In all honesty I would be staying away from legs until that glute is healed up. Like you said you don’t wanna make matters worse and @Worf hit the nail on the head. All the staples for legs hit glutes haha.

Whats good is there is hardly any pain at all. This is a weird situation! It’s kinda hard to call it an injury. There’s no torn or strained musle, no infection. Apparently it just re absorbs over time, could be months, could be years. Like you said better safe then sorry for the time being, nothing to strenuous!

Yeah I really like those suggestions of
ISO holds, drop sets. This would be a nice switch up. Instead of going heavy for the time being see how they respond to higher frequency, high volume hypertrophy based rep schemes. Lower weight can boring and obviously over repetitive but burner sets are rewarding! I know today was a crazy amount of volume. I kinda did it on purpose because I don’t work upper body again until Friday. That’s Proper recovery time. Thanks for the suggestions my man.

Anytime brother. Just don’t wanna see you do more harm that good because it “feels good” just imagine the space(pocket) that exists that was holding that liquid and the blood clot that forms to start the healing process you definitely don’t want to dislodge that. Sort of like when you have a tooth pulled that’s what starts the healing process is the clot that forms. Which is why we don’t use straws or smoke because that actions of “sucking” can dislodge the clot and yada yada. You can still have a great workout without it. Nothing wrong with some extra volume here or there either. Keep killing it. I know last when I had some 20 rep front squats extended to back squats and they destroyed me with 135 on the bar. Same thing with hack squat 1.5’s yesterday those high rep sets with nice slow controlled motions break down the muscle in a way that the heavy weights just don’t imo. Really tests your endurance and pain tolerance as well (which you have proved to us if already very high haha). But anyways. Yeah. Keep killing it bro.

I had a good workout today even though Ive had an upper respiratory infection for about two weeks. Still wheezing a lot and have a pretty constant dry hacking cough. It’s been really hard to catch my breath. I’d say I’m about 75% right now though strength and recovery are up significantly.

Yesterday was lower body hypertrophy day and I also included weighted dips and weighted hammers pull ups. I woke up with a good pump in my calf’s but no doms.
Vascularity is way up all around.

I am finally almost back to my normal self. Wtf? It only took me seven weeks. No more terrible pip ed, no leg strain, no hematoma pain and the upper respiratory thing is almost gone as well. So it’s ON from here on out! I’m really starting to see some progress now. I wasn’t sure which direction to take it from here, but I’m going to continue with the recomp. I received my final pack today from SP which only took 4 days from payment to door. PROPS!!
