Solid morning session had at least another 10 in me on close grips which is a good sign as my max close grip is generally very close to 90% of my max bench. May come back with a late afternoon bench session working up to a max triple depending on how the rest of the day goes (just for Brutus).

Thought I might go for 360 today but 330 didn't move quiet as fast as I was hoping so I settled for going up one pound from yesterday to 358, not fast but not a grind. Yesterday's double benching session probably took a little bit of a toll today which is fine.
Since the sumo pulls are only for assistance work and last week was a complete cluster fuck with me pulling from a bad position which does nothing of benefit I went lighter today and made sure my set up and pulling position was good.
60 to 90 seconds up to 295 then more like 2 to 3 minutes depending on how I feel. I never do timed rest between sets it is all based on when I feel like I'm ready.How long do you wait between sets when you bench with reps like this?
