Does he make you waive the ID that was always an issue with me for PEP

Yes ID had to be waived. But if that's an issue we except other forms of payments as well. Just curious though, why is waiving id an issue?
Because on the new forms of western union there is no box for this. even with the test question i had to jump through hoops calling western union to get this waive ID thing taken care of. Im not sure with moneygram but I know WU its a pain in the ass.

Gotcha. I personally use green dot for all my orders. Simple and easy.. cheaper as well.

Some wu places there is just a phone you pick up and talk to a rep no forms u just got tell them to wave id and add the security question.

Is that in a since like a vanilla reload card? I looked into it and if so that means I don't have to pay a WU transaction fee..Hope I'm not stepping on any toes or giving out to much info.
