Duck and Big , have actually done the only thing they can do guys. They can only wait and hope too. They could come here and promise a bunch a things and not even know if there words were going to get backed up or not but the right thing to do is monitor the situation and keep their words to a minimum until cold hard facts begin to be established. Guys I have never once purchased from MFl but I am also willing to help in any cost to mass spec.

Shit happens, there's a risk return trade off here. Brew your own then imo. I'm not saying not to scrutinize sources, they all should be put under a microscope. I just give people chances when it's deserved. I wouldnt think MFL would knowingly distribute "poison". If it was intended to be fake, it would probably just be oil. I also, am patiently waiting. But I also give these things time and get my ducks in a row before I start pumping oil into my muscles. Wait for lab tests, wait for others to try, etc.

You worked the refineries? I have made a lot there also between citgo and westlake. Not to much personal info but that is what I do manage turn arounds for my company. I always get screwed too I will be stuck in port arthur(anthrax lol) texas the next few months. The work down here right now is crazy. Lake Charles is actually gonna be a money mecca for the next five years. The LNG Sasso project is a 30 billion dollar project and the deep foundation , pile driving has started.

I'm sorry I haven't been on in awhile. I was frustrated at the situation for awhile and did not want my emotions to get in the way.

I admit everyone here has the right to be angry. Trust was placed in my hands and I failed all of you. But, I can say one thing and that is I care about all my customers. I've replaced people's orders without any question because I believe their word is gold. No business is perfect but it's how we go about fixing our mistakes which makes us better than the next. I have no plans on running away or changing names. I owe my customers an apology and for the time they have lost... I'm sorry.

Please understand that there are a lot of people who require replacements and it's going to take a lot of time and money to make sure they are compensated. I just recently ran out of test Cyp because hundreds of replacements were sent out in the past week.

Everything is going down south real fast and things in my personal life aren't getting any better. But I believe a true man's character is defined by what he does in the worst of situations.

I am having some people lined up who can mass spec our samples and provide copies. Please understand this is not just for you guys but for us to carefully monitor every single batch we brew. MFL is undergoing a complete overhaul and things will need to change for us to continue doing business. My mistakes were never intentional and it has costed me time and lots of money to fix... Something I never want to go through again.

Can you tell us why anyone would accept replacements at this point given your history? You already had this prop issue, promised to labmax every batch and you didn't.. What's going to be different now? What assurance is there that you will do what you say you're going to do with testing time when you just said this same shit a few months ago and didn't?

This without a doubt is a true statement Ricky. A man's true merit is found when he is backed into the corner and one of two conditions occur. Fight or Flight. Being a dumb coon ass I never was much for running but standing up and fighting has always delivered the greatest feeling once everything was settled.

I understand it's hard to trust someone who repeatedly makes mistakes over and over again. But, I am doing my best to make the best of the tools I have. I admit, I have rushed with the testing procedures and interpreted the results incorrectly... a mistake I will never dare make again. As I have said before, I will have mass spec results with a copy for every batch. Only time can heal these wounds.
