You have yet to demonstrate the NEED to run the tests you’re always touting. You did a few tests so far, and none of them have identified anything that would be concerning

You are attempting to shift the burden onto the wrong party. It's not my job to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly to find something concerning even though I did spend my 3000 USD to demonstrate the process and still I get shit.

It's the job of the community (if they deem worthwhile) to insist on surveillance to find stuff when it is present (just like HPLC today). I've already explained that but go ahead and continue being obtuse I guess.

And to be clear...the NEED is that the products exist and are being sold. Same as HPLC. Simple.

Correct, I agree, but we can't be (yet) 100% sure whether the changes are not induced by the heat from the GCMS causing loss of hydrogen.


The HPLC used for anabolic steroids is actually UHPLC (Shimadzu as well!).

Generally, in the industry you don't differentiate the two, UHPLC (and UPLC) are subset of HPLC, but generally, it does *not* play a role in the quality of the separation.

The main differences are in solvent consumption, speed, easiness to link it to LCMS etc.

5. Endotoxins? [Production facility sterility fingerprint]

6. GCMS residual solvents? [Need a lab for this, extra credit]

on ALL of his products? Oh yea, that’s realistic.

The question was "How would it be harmful"? Because he will get discouraged and not do the HPLC?

Why would any UGL do HPLC testing only to have you incessantly tell them “that’s not good enough”?

Would be nice to know what he is reselling. At the end of all this it comes down to HPLC vs all the other testing. Does the community just want to know the API is in there at the right concentration, or anything else?

If you are following my thread we will find out if HPLC actually even delivers that on the Test esters.

You can’t equate GCMS percentages to HPLC percentages. Jano was very clear about that in his responses.
