This will be my 1st ever journal in this forum. I have been training for 3 and a half years and I am going to use gear for the 1st time.

Stats: age-21
wieight- 194lbs in pics. 174 shredded.
height: 5ft 5
measurements in inches in pics: (27 october- arms-16.75, legs,25.4,forearms-14,chest/back-44,shoulders 49.5)

as for the cycle it will be:

week 1-10
(split into 2 shots per week. monday/thursday. 0.5ml deca.1ml sustanon monday, 0.5ml deca.1ml sustanon thursday)

deca per week 200mg (2ml)
sustanon per week 500mg (4ml)

week 1-4 kickstart : 30mg dianabol daily weeks 1-2, 40mg dianabol daily weeks 3-4

Day 1- I Can notice the strength during the workout set a personal record on closed pulldowns.

Negatives: the pain in my sore shoulder is driving me crazy I can barely lift my hand to type. No way I can do shoulders tommorow. I will do arms.


Day 2. No sides except that my shoulder was again in pain and had to workout with pain killers. But i know where that's coming from. no dbol back pumps

as for the workout i set a personal record on the barbell shrugs. always getting 8-9 hours of sleep during the night. and never missing any meals. will post diet tomorrow.
so far so good.

Day 3- had legs. felt really good. shoulder pain was much less,worked out without any pain killers today.will not take the shot in my delt tomorrow. no sides until now.

Day 4- shoulders.felt good no sides. I still got the shoulder pain despite using a blue syringe rather than a green one. but much less pain. no dbol pumps in the shoulders

ps: got my hand on hcg for PCT.


Day 5- arms.felt good no sides. I still got the shoulder pain despite using a blue syringe rather than a green one. pain decreased again. no painful dbol pumps in my lower back but a nice pump in my arms. a mild headache is always present and I am guessing its from the high blood pressure due to the dbol. but nothing severe. (today is day 6 and i still woke up with this mild headache).


Day 6- chest. I confirmed that the dbols are working great today since i missed chest last week due to the fact that I had a chest tattoo made and i had to let it heal. the lifts were even better than 2 weeks ago. no dbol pumps. felt a bit sick at night but got back to normal after i ate my last meal. tomorrow rest.

Day 7-rest day. I put on 1.5lbs from Monday. Week 1 was positive. Especially due to the fact that I had no side effects. But i guess when they do kick in, it's when the greatest gains are occurring
 
day 1-week 2- Felt great. took the shot at 8pm rather in the morning today. strength was better,lifts increased,especially on the deadlift and barbell rows. I noticed sweat was stinking like hell. no sides. the shot hurt so much less and I dont have any pain in my shoulder.

day 2-week 2- shoulders- felt some pump in the shoulders, not painful. increased lifts. felt hot all day,i think because of the blood pressure. i am sleeping a lot I love it

day 3-week 2- legs- today was the worst day. the workout was great but I felt shit all day.

day 4-week 2- arms- today i felt good and the workout was great.good pumps and good lifts.

day 5-week 2- arms- i didnt sleep a second this night until i had painkillers to stop the pain from my shoulder shot on the previous day.i slept throughout the day to recover. the chest workout was great and i even hit a new personal record on the dumbbell presses,95lbsflat,90lbsincline (always talking 8reps when i say i overcame a personal record). i can feel the strength kicking in in this last part of the week.i got the first comment about gaining size too.

day 6-week 2- shoulders-finished another week of workouts..i have been noticing that the second day after every shot i wake up feeling sick but then i take medication and it goes away.as for the workout I hit a personal record on the military press.

day 7-week 2-rest.This is the day where I feel at my best.even when I wake up in the morning. 2 weeks have gone by now and I stand at 202lbs. I started at 194.(8lbs). This 2nd week was much better,strength was better and no dbol pumps. Tomorrow I start taking 40mg dbol and see how it goes.
 
Week 3- day 1.back

The dianabol responded just as I added 10mg. I had to take some good rest between each set due to back pumps. But the strength was even greater. Today I took the shot in my quad and it is much much better than the shoulder.

Week 3- day 2.chest. I dont know if it the deca/sust or the dianabol that is kicking in but I have never been this strong. today i broke another personal record on the flat and incline bench. no dbol pumps since I worked out chest but my back is very tight all day.


Week 3- day 3.legs. I broke my squat personal record but the dianabol pumps didnt let me finish the last 2 stiff leg dead lifts sets after 5 sets of squats. I expected it though. Felt good all day, usually the second day after my shot I feel sick.Im good today.
 
Week 3- day 4.shoulders. The dianabol pumps were insane today. I reached my dumbbell press record of last year when i was weighing 6kg more. so that's a good sign. at night i felt sick and went to sleep and woke up good today (day 5)
 
Week 3- day 5.arms.Today I felt really good. Lifts were good. Got a personal record on the tricep closed bench press (110kg). Felt my back tight all the time and was a bit uncomfortable when walking too much.
 
Are you shooting for max lifts on every training day? Every post you've made references a pr. This is a horrible idea, gear or not. You will end up overtrained if not seriously hurt.

No mate. I decided to split the 10 week cycle into 2 weeks of going for my best lift of 8 reps and the following 2 weeks lifting perfect form for 10 reps and then perform dropsets.In fact, If you have noticed I have hit arms,shoulders and chest twice during these 3 weeks (1st week shoulders,2nd week arms, 3 rd week chest) and when I hit them the muscle the second time I have opted for perfect form of 10 reps.

Week 3- day 6.chest- this was the second time I hit chest aiming to go for 10 reps of perfect form. The strength was good and my back was tight all night after the workout.
 
day 7-week 3-rest. This week has been great in terms of strength. It is the week were the sides kicked in especially the dbol pumps. I have a bit of acne,just a little bit though. As for aggression this is normal I am not angry. As for libido this is high but I have noticed a small change in the size of my balls. As for sleeping this is great no problems.

I started at 194lbs and now I am standing at 203lbs. Despite feeling stronger this week, the week before I have gained more weight despite eating the same food.
 
week 4-day 1-back- Surprisingly I did not have the same back pumps as one week ago. they were less painful. As from today I am aiming to work in the 10-12 rep range just to give the body something new and not to overtrain it at the same time. The workout was good and more intense due to higher reps.
 
week 4-day 1-chest- Today was good, felt a bit sick in the morning but then went away after I slept. No pumps. My body seems to have liked the fact that I "rested" him with the 10-12 rep programme for the moment. But the lifts are very good. I can notice some more acne on my chest
 
week 4-day 3-legs- Today was good, had a continuous mild headache due to blood pressure but nothing severe. Energy was great, back pumps after squats are always present but again, not like last week. Set a personal record on trapezius
 
week 4-day 4-shoulders- Today went again for the 10 rep and dropset scheme. The pumps, needless to say, when training shoulders, are painful. Need to rest for a bit especially after front raises and cables. But strength is good.
 
week 4-day 5-arms- Went again for the 10 rep and dropset scheme. The pumps when doing arms are very good, not painful at all. this is the day after, and i feel sore in my arms,something which rarely happens.
 
week 4-day 4-shoulders- Today went again for the 10 rep and dropset scheme. The pumps, needless to say, when training shoulders, are painful. Need to rest for a bit especially after front raises and cables. But strength is good.

This is exactly what I feel. I didn't even think about my shoulders hurting so bad while working them being related to the d-bol I am on. It must be the pumps that I am feeling that hurt so bad
 
week 4-day 6-chest- Went for the 8 rep scheme since this is the week were I hit chest twice. I hit chest on tuesday using dumbells, today I hit chest with the bar and strength was great. I reached a personal record of 100kg (8 reps) on the incline bench.as for the flat bench I am at 105kg, 8 very comfortable reps. I can notice that my triceps are the most sore body part since Ive worked with the 10 rep scheme this week.

week 4-day 7-rest-205.9lbs. I cannot talk about strength in this week since I went for a more "comfortable" routine to rest my body. I worked with the 10 rep scheme but I will be back heavy for the next 2 weeks. But the intensity and pumps I reached were great. As for weight I am standing at 205.9lbs, last week I was 203, whereas I starred the cycle at 194lbs. As for water retention I am not seeing all that water retention everyone talks about when mentioning deca, but i can certainly confirm that the size of your balls goes down. Libido is still up. Acne is the same as last week, did not increase. I am not that aggressive apart from when I wake up in the morning where I feel really angry at that time. The way I am filling shirts up is impressive.
My 5th week will consist of 4 sets of 10-8-8-5 and dropset scheme.I have never worked with the 5 rep scheme this bulk. It will help me reach new lifts. No more dbols as from 5th week. Will see how this will reflect on my strength and weight.
 
week 5-day 1-shoulders- Today I went for the new method, of 4 sets of 10-8-8-5/drop for the compound movements. I felt good, no painful pumps now that I stopped dbol. As usual, angry in the morning but fine throughout the day. I am feeling hungrier
 
week 5-day 2-arms- Today was one of the best days since ive started my cycle. Considering that I am getting much less rest since Im working fulltime right now the lifts are impressive. I hit a personal record of 48kg barbell curls (8 reps) today. Pumps are very good and not painful. Libido is going down a bit drastically now.
 
week 5-day 3-legs- Its been months since I worked out in the a.m, i dont really like it but as from now Wednesdays will be an a.m workout at about 11am. But despite that I confirmed again that this forum has real experts and they were right when saying that deca/sust. cycle kicks in at about end of week 4/start of week 5. For me I can feel the big difference in strength during this week. I got a personal record on the leg extension machine (8 reps) and it was my last exercise. So that makes it even more satisfying. Acne has spread a bit on my lower chest now too. But very small spots.
