Nice to see things going well!
Are steroids legal out there? also seeing as your new, how do you find dealing with confidiantiality- does anyone know youre on gear? . .girlfriends etc. .

No they aren't legal mate.
Some of my close friends know. About 4-5. Nothing more.
If I were with a girlfriend i would have obviously told her too.

The thing which I dislike about people taking gear is not that they actually take the stuff, but the fact they actually claim they are natural when it is clear that they are on something seeing that they have an excellent physique. So I dont want to be one of those people. Gym guys who have admitted to me of using gear I found no problem to admit it with them. After all they have been seeing me for the last 3.5 years nearly everyday working hard so its not a shame at all.
 
Shame? theres no shame at all if one has good intentions with the stuff,
id be careful about leaks of information to the law, contact lists, ex girlfriends etc. . things can go tit's up in a flash. A bit like sex tapes, there fun in the mo but could be dangerous in the longrun. Im not sure what im suggesting but im careful covering my tracks, . .you have to if you hold supply which i do
 
week 6-day 2-chest- Today was good. Was a little fatigued since I had shoulders yesterday but still managed to reach a personal best on the incline press and the Flies machine. (flies are the only exercise I never do with dumbbells since I had an injury that kept annoying me for about 7 months). Appetite is much more present and today I am at my heaviest body weight this year. Will see If I can end the week with the same body weight.
 
week 6-day 3-rest-Today is my rest day instead of next Sunday for this week. I will be doing legs on Sunday.

I deny so not to worry them (family). Strangers and family members dont have the bodybuilding knowledge to prove me wrong.
 
week 6-day 4-arms- Today was very good. I confirmed that doing chest after shoulder affected me a bit since I squeezed the same amount of weight on the close bench press as incline press. It is also because I rested my upper body yesterday and also because I have shit chest genetics lol. The pump was very good especially on biceps.
 
week 6-day 5-shoulders-Today I went for the high rep scheme since this was the 2nd day of shoulders. Much less exhausting than going heavy. The thing that annoys me most are the shin splits because of the rapid weight gain. Nothing else
 
week 6-day 6-back-Today was great.had also the time to sleep well before the workout. Back and Legs are the body parts that I never suffer to increase lifts. No back pumps at all

week 6-day 7-Legs- Today was very good. Legs are not a problem for me.They are the bodypart that I can clearly see that they improved in the mirror. I ended the week at 206lbs. Last Sunday I was standing at 205.
No negative sides at all. High libido was the most present this week.
 
week 7-day 1-Arms- Today I started the week of the high rep scheme. I use this system to give my body a rest after 2 weeks going heavy. I am curious about the fact that I can acquire a better pump when doing biceps but I have always got better results in triceps. It must be genetics. I squeezed some very good weight. I tried to go 3-7kg less on each lift and aimed for 10-14 reps. No short temper until now. I have 3 days off from work so I am going to up my food intake while I am here and get better rest :)
 
week 7-day 2-Shoulders- Today was good. I have noticed that libido and appetite are increasing a lot and so I am increasing food intake. I am a little too over short tempered when surrounded by many people but im ok when I am at home or relaxing somewhere.
 
week 7-day 3-Legs- Felt very good today. Reached a personal record on the squat and on traps machine. I always hit pr's on traps when I do legs since my upperbody is rested. As for acne, its visible again all over my chest. None on my back. Looking better with less bloat.
 
week 7-day 4-Chest- Good workout, no sides. I tend to notice though, that I suffer more on high reps rather than 8 reps if taking the ratio as per lifts. Maybe I am more strong on certain fibers than others. Today when I woke up I saw very noticeable stretch marks on my chest, stretch marks in the same place which I only got when i bulked up savagely last year. Good sign. No gyno still, latest case I have heard was after 6 weeks so I dont think im prone to gyno either because its me or either because of the small dosage.
 
week 7-day 5-Back- Today I was very tired at the end of a high rep week which I seem to suffer more than when I go heavy. But I looked the leaneast and best I have been throughout my cycle. I am very sore in my chest from yesterday,something very rare when im on gear.
 
week 7-day 6-Arms-This was my second day of arms in which I went heavy. I pushed some very good weight and I confirmed that I suffer much less when i go for 8 reps or a bit lower. I worked with the 8-8-6-6 rep scheme. both for biceps and triceps. Pump was very good. No negative sides
 
week 7-day 7-Rest-I stand at 207lbs after this week. Last Sunday I was standing at 206. On about 3 days during this week I looked the leanest I have been. I tend to suffer on high rep much more than when going low rep. But I saw better results in the mirror. Next week back to the heavy routine so I will go heavy for week 8 and 9 and then finish off with week 10 high reps. No negative sides especially no painful pumps and no gyno. A little bit of acne increased but that's all.
 
week 8-day 1-Chest- Today was very good. Reached personal bests. Worked with the 10-8-8-6/dropset scheme. The fact that I started the week with chest helped and also because of the fact that I eat more on Sunday which usually I eat less because of work. This week is my 2 day chest week. It will be a bit packed as regards upper body workouts since the gym closes on saturday and sunday because of xmas. So my schedule will look like this: chest,arms,shoulders,back,chest high rep, (at the gym)
and legs (at home). I am doing this because I can work legs easily at home but I prefer going heavy on smith machines and heavy bars at the gym. Will see how it goes, but I will up my calories to increase recovery.
