My 1st Cycle Log

To update my log. I pinned my flute Wednesday. Had what I assume was mild pip Thursday. nothing training legs couldn't fix. Friday no pip for the most part. A little pain if I sit certain ways. Been three days and I'm up 3 lbs but that is all due to the 2000 added calories. I've got high expectations for this.

you need to pack on over 100lbs to compete at your height. stop trying to be so lean and add some muscle.

So please let me understand your statement. You're saying that a NATURAL 20yo 6'2 195lb 5%bf guy isn't big. I think 5% is very optimistic...anyway even if 7% these are great numbers for a natural guy. STOP MAKING MISINFORMATION.
Yes, he can get to 215lb in the next 6 months (as you said) but these would be 18lb of fat. I repeat, if reals, his numbers are greats. And the last thing you wanna be before starting a cycle is to be a fatty. The leaner you are the better it is IMO. Said that, i think that he's still too young to start juicing. I'd wait AT LEAST to be 23yo (with minimum 3/5 years of serious training).
 
6'2" under 200 is not big. Hucking was right here. If he's a true 5percent he is very ripped. If it was me he would be sickly and cancerous looking. Im assuming he may be small boned. Which may make sense. But 6'2" he shouldnt have a problem being an easy 230-250. Either way I hope the op makes great gains. Post some before pics when you get a chance. Its nice to see the progress

6'2 195lb at 5 percent bodyfat, assuming those stats are accurate, is pretty much close to the upper limit of what is achievable drug free.

For OP to be 230lb - 250lbs drug free he would have to be over 18-20 percent bodyfat at those bodyweights.

If those stats are accurate, then it is big for a drug free lifter.
 
Idk man @weighted chinup . Im not 18-20 percent bodyfat. Maybe you seen my pics? Idk. I was as big as 265 before I ever cycled. Ive had bf calculations done and no matter what method I use it consistently comes back 13-15 bf. For what its worth...

Usually for finding out drug free limits I use FFMI/Fat Free Mass Index. A FFMI over 25 is generally considered to be enhanced territory. FFMI actually holds up extremely well and this is the tool I use for finding out where guys stand in terms of lbm.

I get your point though. I don't like to speculate and doubt these things but there are so many points where user error can effect how someone interprets those numbers / stats.

But 230 even at a moderate bf percentage at that height is not realistically attainable for drug free lifters IMO. That is more lbm than Steve Reeves is carrying in this picture -

Cmon man, Arnold on stage was 6'2 x 235... you 265 at 13/15%bf. So you lose 20 pounds of fat and you go to 245 x 7%bf. You are 10lb heavier than arnold at the same bf.

I know its hard to believe cuz you haven't seen it before. In my natty state im bigger than arnold in his natty state. Im certaintly not lying. Not to mention Arnold's physique was very light in the leg department. Awesome physique tho. I cant wait to see what I can do with more cycling experience. Genetics are always at play. For example my calves are 20" around with very little stimulation. If you were to see them you wouldn't believe it could be possible natty. Kind of like a porn star. He may have a 12" wang. I dont. Does that mean its not possible. Obviously it is
 
Arnold was probably 8% BF nothing less. 5% BF is shredded stage ready. the OP is not 5% BF. anyone 195 lbs at 6'2" is a scrawny fuck and sickly looking and without pics to prove me other wise my mind is not changing. if the OP walks on stage at 195lbs 5% BF will never win any show and the judges along with everyone else will tell him to get more size. my 5'6" ass at 195lbs would beat any 6'2" at 195lbs BB any day of the week. I'm not going to sugar coat anything for any body.
 
I'm the op and I agree with huck. I am nowhere near big. I have however, been training for 4 years. Seriously for 3 years with a clean diet. I agree. I think I could've gotten to like 205-210 in the next few months nauturally with the calories i added for my cycle. I probably would've added a small amount of bf. But I don't think I'm deathly skinny. I was when I was 125lbs. I couldn't even bench 95 once. Since then, I've gained 70 pounds in weight and bench 205 for 4 sets of 8-12 controlled (Haven't maxed in 2 yrs). I know that's not a lot to most of you considering you guys probably throw 300+ around easier than I do the 205 but from where I started that's pretty good to me. I felt I was mentally and physically prepared to start a cycle.

It's been 5 days since my first pin and I'm up 5 lbs. definitely due to the added calories. had a off and on burning in my left nip for a few days. Probably can't get gunk this early unless I'm gyno prone. Upping adex to .5 mg EOD instead of .5 E3D just to be safe.

I doubt your E2 levels accumulated enough already to cause gyno but yeah better be safe than sorry. Im not gonna start my AI until next week.
