My Dr. Crisler Experience

Yea I know, I read his story on steroid dot com and he vanished from there after his meeting with Chrisler, besides if your appointment was so bad why did you wait 30 days to cancel your script?

At my appointment Dr. Crisler implied that the new pharmacy was being set up imminently and I would receive the T prescription shortly; that proved to not be the case and after 30 days I contested the charges via my CC to avoid a cancellation charge from Crisler’s bogus practice.

Even if your not just a professional troll, which I highly doubt, you charged back your request instead of just asking the him to cancel it, which shows your awesomeness. If you would have charged me back I would dropped your ass like a bad habit as well.

Reading comprehension is hard I know…..but please remember…I dropped his ass….he grasped something that seems to escape you...I told him to go pound salt when I contested his CC charges. I made the decision for him…he knew it….and that had to burn him good. That’s why he sent is smart ass dismissal letter.

As far as your comment about dirt bikes, when you can wrap your little nuts around one of these and clear the triples, then you can talk to me about riding, until then stick with your kiddy bikes.............

LOL…yeah a clapped out 20 year old CR 500. Who starts that thing for you…your mommy…cause there is no way you can touch the ground when you sit on it. Come on man….show us your mini-bike.

On top of that you should be ashamed of yourself as business owner and charging someone back, all you had to do was call them and tell them you didn't want it, I am sure they would have gladly reversed it for you.

Your like the needle dick prick that drives a saab and acts like its a Benz, get a life.

LOL…let’s do the math here. The stock seat height on a Honda CR 500 is 36.7 inches. You have your bike on a milk crate so I will give you a couple of inches for the wheels being off the ground….heck let’s just round it to 40 inches. I give you another 4 inches for bike sag which is industry standard. So we are up to 44 inches. Now from the photo we can see the seat right in line with your shoulder so let’s add another 12 inches from your shoulder to the top of your head for over all height.

Looks like Crisler needs to up your HGH prescription. The only triple you have ever done came with fries and a frosty.

You seem inordinately fascinated with male genitalia, half your post reference them in one manner or another….and I’m a Ford man myself.

I've been following this thread quite a bit and have been hesitant to comment as I am currently in Crisler's practice, and I don't want to jeopardize the quality of my care by pissing off the doctor . I've suffered long enough from low-t symptoms and my foremost concern is getting well. I could care less about Dr. J's political views or whatever conspiracies he believes in - I will say that I sincerely hope he can iron out the personal drama he's going through at the moment. I just want a capable doctor who understands the hell that I am going through and is willing to help me through it. I've been disappointed greatly by my previous doctors (two of whom were very well renowned), and I am really just starting off with Crisler so I'll see where this thing goes. By most accounts from the Dr's forum and a few other internet forums, Crisler is the best in the field and has helped many men in similar situations to mine. Of course the reason, I'm posting is, some little things I've encountered (relatively minor thus far) have bugged me a bit. Without getting into too much detail, I'll just share a little bit of my experience thus far:

-The doc was late to both my initial consultation (by over an hour) and my follow up phone appointment (I called after waiting for 30+ minutes) - was not impressed, though he did apologize for being late to phone for the follow up

-I'd also say that I had the same unsatisfied feeling as the OP from the initial consultation -which lasted for about 20 minutes- (kind of like 'Really is that it?') - I'm sure the doctor knows what he's doing, and I'm not questioning his know-how, but I guess I was just expecting a lot more from my past experiences with other docs. But then again, those same doctors were ultimately disappointing, so take that for what you will. By no means is this a criticism; I'm just saying..... Perhaps I'm completely off base.

-The secretary's responses to e-mails/questions are at times puzzling. On one occasion, she didn't even address the questions I asked in my email. And of course the phone is never answered. I guess they have legitimate reasons for not answering phone calls but it does seem that a simple question can be addressed by a quick phone conversation. My job blocks access to personal email so I would like if the phone was answered, but whatever. I just chalk that up to the way they do business. She certainly didn't seem too busy to answer the phone during the time I spent in the office. I guess I'll just have to get use to this one.

-The doctor prescribed me medication in the follow up apptmt. I promptly requested that the prescription be faxed in to my local pharmacy as I was told to do and followed up with an email to ensure that I had done everything right. I called the pharmacy and they told me they had not received anything days after the request. I then sent an email into the office, that was not responded to in what I'd say was a reasonable time - and I am well aware of the hours of operation. Maybe I have exceedingly high expectations for promptness from doctors. I know all the previous doctors that have called/fax in prescriptions for me usually did it the same day. The lag just seems a bit odd to me. I want to start treatment as soon as possible, and I hate to feel that I am continually living in limbo.

I'm just saying this little bit - hope I haven't said too much or offended the doctor. I tried my best to be diplomatic and understand the way they do business. I have absolutely nothing against the doctor. He seemed like a pleasant person, but these are just some little observations and some minor annoyances that I have had thus far. I'd still say I'm neutral at this point. I just haven't been super-impressed with much as of yet, but at the same time I'm just getting started and time will tell. I truly hope that my experience doesn't end up like the OP.

One should not have to.walk.on.eggshells to voice some.feedback. Instead of.looking it in a negative way look at it as information which could.benefit you to.make.you.better. People give.me positive and negative feedback all.the time. There.have been "oh shit " moments, but you make changes for the future.
