My first cycle (test-e 600mg/week & t-bol 40mg/day)

I get my next paycheck in a week, so the chances of that happening are close to 0 but if this does happen by very bad luck, I'll just have to make do with the nolva.

I have found over the years that its a waste of time trying to talk to a kid that wants to act like he is a grown up.

So much wrong in this first post.
You’re 19, If you have 3 years of research then that means you’ve been considering cycling at 16 which shows the amount you don’t actually know about training and diet. If you had done 3 years of true research then you’d have read like I had that many advocate not starting your cycle until you’re at least 15% bf or under, the higher body fat then the higher chance your test will aromatize. Never start a cycle until you have everything on hand, if you’re that impatient to start then you’re setting yourself up for the chance of failure.

First cycle should be test only for multiple reasons, the first two off the top of my head are:
1) how will you know if you get side effects, which compound is causing them?
2) how will you know how your body responds to test on it’s own and can you gauge when your body responds to test in future cycles? Which you probably have to starting at 19, your brain isn’t full developed. Testosterone is a strong hormone, your body and your brain definitely notice when you’re lacking it in pct.
 
I like everyone else here suggest that your age is too young to be starting; but I think you've said you've already done a cycle so too late.

Background: I started lifting seriously at the age of 15 (currently 19), I have read over 3 years worth of research in nutrition, human anatomy and training. I'm starting my first cycle with confidence and preparation.

Training:
4 day split
Day 1: Chest/Traps/Abs
Day 2: Back/Shoulders
Day 3: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Day 4: Legs
Rest day if necessary.
NOTE*: Might switch it up if protein synthesis acts faster than expected.

Nutrition:
Daily caloric intake: 3500
Protein: 150 to 200g daily
Carbs: 300 to 350g daily
Fat: <50g daily

Day 1: 30/11/17

I'm feeling pretty anxious going into this, but very excited at the same time. Two of my buddies showed me the steps on how to use the syringe, how to replace the needle and how/where to penetrate the needle. My best friend was there along with my two other buddies to assist the day where I officially renounced my natty status.

Injection went pretty well, I've never been so focus and steady on a task at hand. I injected the fluid on the top of my right quad at 14:30 and massaged the area thoroughly for about 3 minutes. I then swallowed two T-bol and went to work at 15:00. My leg hurt so much during an 8 hour shift, but I managed to pull-through. Swallowed two other T-bol right after work. It kept hurting 'till 3:00 am. I was suppose to do legs that day but f*ck that, it hurt way too much. Diet a bit out of whack, so is my sleep. (I've always had problems with sleeping schedules).

Day 2: 01/12/17
Woke up early in the afternoon, right leg still in pain but not as bad. I swallowed two T-bol and went straight to work at 15:00. It was almost a blessing to be able to move around and not look like I just got done putting a pole up my a**. I then swallowed the two other T-bol and went to the gym with one of my buddies; arm day. This was my first training post-injection. The pump felt great! I was repping the f*ck out of every set, going over the threshold every time. I hadn't trained arms in months since an injury in my right elbow joint, so I stopped working them altogether. Felt great to hit them again. My diet is still out of whack and so is my sleep. Will have to address the situation seriously to fix it.

Day 3: 02/12/17

Woke up again in the early afternoon, right leg pain COMPLETELY GONE. Hallelujah! But my biceps and triceps are aching so bad! I swallowed two T-bol and went on with my day. Went to the gym later in evening and hit legs. The pump was again as amazing, couldn't ask for a more successful leg workout. I swallowed the other two T-bol right after. Diet hasn't started yet and my sleep is WAY out of whack. I swallowed the two other T-bol right after the gym and went home. Could't sleep 'till 5:00 am.

Day 4: 03/12/17
Woke up a little late in the afternoon, arms still aching. Legs are definitely hurting from yesterday but not as bad as I thought. I FINALLY started my diet! Today was my first official day where I started following my meal plan. I hope to be able to keep it up. I swallowed two T-bol with my 1st meal and went to the gym an hour later. CHEST and TRAPS were pretty great. Solid workout, didn't feel strong today though. I can't wait to up my bench to 315lbs. Swallowed the other two T-bol and went home. My sleep is still pretty bad but I'm working on it. I fell asleep at around 3:00 am.



You are already ON ,so saying dont do a cycle is out of the conversation but just a small advice.

Lower your teste e dose. You dont need to use 600 mg x week.
Start low.
400 mg x week is enought.

So far i dont go over 500 mg x week.
I always run 400-500 mg. Thats good for me..

Save the 600mg x week for later time down the road.
You are 19 your natural TT is fucken sky rocket..
