Hi guys I'm a fitness trainer who's based in British Columbia Canada I have 20+ years in this industry and I'm also a competitive men's physique athlete in the amateur stream. My goal is to obtain a master's ifbb pro card. I am mentored by Victor blacks and John jewett (this was before their falling out and I'm not taking any sides as I've learned a lot from both of them and have nothing bad to say about either). I'm happy to share my knowledge with everyone re. Hard reduction. So the young up and comers don't make the mistakes us old timers did.
